La Impronta Socio - Económica de la Reconversión Azucarera en la Comunidad de Guatemala ( 2002 - 2017)

Abstract

RESUMEN. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto de la reconversión azucarera en la comunidad de Guatemala en el nivel socio- económico entre 2002 y 2017, utilizando como fuente esencial la voz de sus pobladores en ese periodo y la investigación participante. La investigación aporta la presentación de un estudio que contribuya a revelar el impacto de la reconversión azucarera en la comunidad de Guatemala entre 2002 y 2017. Este trabajo es novedoso ya que el estudio de las transformaciones socio-económicas ocurridas en la comunidad de Guatemala tras el proceso de reconversión azucarera que se implementó a partir del 2002 hasta 2017 supera los enfoques generales y de desarrollo humano de otros trabajos anteriores.

The present investigation has as objective to analyze the impact of the sugar reconversion in the community of Guatemala in the level partner - economic between 2002 and 2017, using as essential source the voice of its residents in that period and the participant investigation. The investigation contributes the presentation of a study that contributes to reveal the impact of the sugar reconversion in the community of Guatemala between 2002 and 2017. This work is novel since the study of the socio-economic transformations happened in the community of Guatemala after the process of sugar reconversion that was implemented starting from the 2002 up to 2017 overcomes the general focuses and of human development of other previous works.
