Análisis de la confiabilidad operacional de la Unidad Empresarial de Base de Transporte Cueto

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Diploma se realizó en la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) de Transporte Cueto y tiene como objetivo seleccionar los vehículos de mayor criticidad y los principales índices de fiabilidad de la unidad. La misma está destinada para la transportación de pasajeros hacia las rutas planificadas y con las frecuencias establecidas, así como la transportación de cargas para satisfacer la demanda del pueblo y los clientes con la calidad que requiere y la recaudación de valores para el desarrollo de la Empresa. Determinar cuáles son los equipos de mayor criticidad y planificar un sistema de mantenimiento son las tareas necesarias para garantizar una elevada disponibilidad técnica del parque vehicular y por lo tanto un mayor ingreso a la economía. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados fue necesario realizar una revisión bibliográfica y posteriormente una consulta con los expertos en el tema. Con todo lo antes mencionado se sientan las bases para la solución de tareas como: saber cuáles son los vehículos más críticos, planificar un sistema de mantenimiento y realizar una evaluación técnico – económica de la UEB. Además de saber la influencia que puede traer al medio ambiente y una evaluación económica. Del estudio se conocieron las cinco marcas de vehículo más críticos (Camionetas, Girón, Zil, Kamaz y Gaz) y sus principales índices de la fiabilidad.

The present Diploma Work was carried out in the UEB of Transporte Cueto and its objective is to select the most critical vehicles and the main reliability indexes of the unit. It is destined for the transportation of passengers to the planned routes and with the established frequencies, as well as the transportation of loads to satisfy the demand of the town and the clients with the quality that it requires and the collection of values for the development of the Company. . Determine which are the most critical equipment and plan a maintenance system are the necessary tasks to ensure a high technical availability of the vehicle fleet and therefore a greater income to the economy. In order to comply with the proposed objectives, it was necessary to carry out a bibliographic review and subsequently a consultation with the experts on the subject. With all the aforementioned, the foundations are laid for the solution of tasks such as: knowing which vehicle is most damaged, planning a maintenance system and carrying out a technical-economic evaluation of the UEB. In addition to knowing the influence it can bring to the environment and an economic evaluation. The study revealed the five most critical vehicle brands (pick-up trucks, Girón, Zil, Kamaz and Gaz) and their main reliability indexes.
