Determinación de indicadores de fiabilidad de la cosechadora cañera CCA - 5500, en el muncipio de Cueto perteneciente a la provincia de Holguín

Abstract

El trabajo aborda el análisis de la fiabilidad del prototipo de la cosechadora cañera CCA-5500, basada en datos obtenidos durante pruebas de explotación realizadas a la máquina bajo cronometraje en áreas de la “UEBAPA Loynaz Echavarría” del municipio de Cueto durante la zafra azucarera 2018-2019. Se determinaron los índices de fiabilidad de la máquina, así como el tiempo de servicio de la combinada. Para ello se utilizó la “Metodología de cálculo de los indicadores de fiabilidad de Cosechadora Cañeras”, se recopilaron los datos y se procesaron las ecuaciones que permitieron ajustar los datos observados a la distribución de frecuencia teórica que mejor caracterizó el comportamiento de la combinada. Luego se realizaron los cálculos de funcionabilidad, mantenibilidad así como los coeficientes complejos de los órganos de trabajo que son objeto de estudio. Los índices y coeficientes calculados para esta máquina se compararon con los indicadores obtenidos en pruebas anteriores realizadas a las cosechadoras KTP-2M y KTP-3S y CCA-5500 cronometrado con anterioridad en Las Tunas.

The present work goes aboard the analysis of the reliability of the prototype of the sugarcane harvester CCA-5500, based in reality and data obtained during proofs of exploitation accomplished to the machine, under timekeeping in real conditions of work, in areas of the Cueto UEBAPA Loynaz Echavarría during the sugar cane harvest 2018-2019, looking out on knowing the behavior of the indicators of quality. The fundamental objective is to determine reliability indicators of the machine, that way could have known the time of services of the harvester. The applied methodology “Sugarcane Harvester methodology of calculation of the reliability indicators constitute an belonging to the tools utilized for the realization of this work. The calculations of functionality, mantenibility as well as the complex coefficients of the organs of work that are object of study. All index and coefficients calculated for this machine compared with the indicators obtained in previous proofs accomplished for the harvesters KTP-2M and KTP-3S and CCA-550 timed beforehand in The Tunas.
