Diseño y construcción del sistema de vacío para la llenadora de botellas en la UEB Pedro Díaz Coello

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolla en la Empresa de Bebidas y Licores “Pedro Díaz Coello”, ubicada en el municipio de Holguín. El objetivo es diseñar el sistema de vacío para acelerar el proceso de la llenadora de botella. Se realiza el diseño del recipiente acoplado a la bomba de vacío y el rediseño del recipiente para el retorno del líquido. Los resultados muestran el incremento del llenado de las botellas en menor periodo de tiempo y una disminución del consumo energético.

It presents work is developed in the Company of Drinks and Liquors "Pedro Díaz Coello", located in the municipality of Holguín. The objective is to design the hole system to accelerate the process of the filled bottle. It is carried out the design of the recipient coupled to the hole bomb and the one redraws of the recipient for the return of the liquid. The results show the increment of the one filled of the bottles in smaller period of time and a decrease of the energy consumption.
