Propuesta metodológica para el diseño curricular de una asignatura. Aplicación parcial en la asignatura Planeación de recursos humanos en los servicios

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en el departamento de ingeniería industrial. El objetivo principal es diseñar una propuesta metodológica que permita realizar el diseño curricular de la asignatura Planeación de los recursos humanos en los servicios, teniendo en cuenta las leyes y principios que rigen el diseño curricular, para contribuir al perfeccionamiento del proceso docente educativo de la carrera Ingeniería industrial. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo se realizó una revisión bibliográfica que permitió determinar las principales exigencias del diseño curricular. Del estudio de las distintas metodologías estudiadas se definieron las etapas y pasos del diseño curricular. Se realizó la caracterización de la asignatura objeto de estudio para conocer las particularidades de esta. A través de la revisión documental y el análisis de las tendencias actuales se pudo diseñar una propuesta metodológica la cual está compuesta por 5 etapas, 6 pasos y 13 tareas en las cuales se tomaron en consideración las influencias del entorno y las necesidades propias de profesores y alumnos. Fue valorada por el criterio de expertos resultando factible su aplicación. Se realizó la aplicación parcial de la propuesta metodológica la cual arrojó como resultado que el estado actual del diseño de la asignatura es malo. Finalmente se realizó la confección del expediente de la asignatura Planeación de los recursos humanos en los servicios. Se propuso que como parte del nuevo diseño curricular el nombre de la asignatura se cambiara a Planeación del capital humano en la esfera de los servicios para dar cumplimiento a la norma cubana 3000:2007.

The present investigation was carried out in the department of industrial engineering. The main objective is to design a methodological proposal that allows carrying out the curricular design of the subject Planning of the human resources in the services, keeping in mind the laws and principles that govern the curricular design, to contribute to the improvement of the educational process of the career industrial Engineering. To give execution to the objective it was carried out a bibliographical revision that allowed determining the main demands of the curricular design. Of the study of the different studied methodologies they were defined the stages and steps of the curricular design. It was carried out the characterization of the subject study object to know the particularities of this. Through the documental revision and the analysis of the current tendencies it could design a methodological proposal which is composed by 5 stages, 6 steps and 13 tasks taking in consideration the influences of the environment and the necessities of professors and students. It was valued by the approach of experts being feasible their application. It was carried out the partial application of the methodological proposal which threw as a result that the current state of the design of the subject is bad. Finally it was carried out the making of the file of the subject Planning of the human resources in the services. It intended that like part of the new curricular design the name of the subject was changed to Planning of the human capital in the sphere of the services to give execution to the Cuban norm 3000:2007.
