Perfeccionamiento de la gestión de almacenamiento en empresas comercializadoras

Abstract

En la actualidad la logística empresarial es de vital importancia para el éxito de toda empresa. Esta dirige los procesos productivos bajo la lógica de los cuatro subsistemas que la componen, entre los que destaca el aprovisionamiento, como uno de los subsistemas fundamentales al constituir el primero en garantizar los recursos para el funcionamiento del sistema logístico, el que incluye la gestión de almacenamiento. Tomando esto como punto de partida se realizó la presente investigación en la Empresa de Suministros Médicos Holguín (EMSUME), con el objetivo de perfeccionar su gestión de almacenamiento. Para realizar esta investigación se revisaron un conjunto de bibliografías relacionadas con la gestión de almacenamiento, lo que permitió definir los objetivos, técnicas y tareas del almacén objeto de estudio. Como resultados fundamentales se detectaron violaciones en los principios de almacenamiento, productos almacenados en lugares inadecuados, una deficiente organización en planta de las naves y una inadecuada tecnología de almacenamiento; para las que se proponen soluciones encaminadas a erradicar o solventar sus efectos negativos en la gestión de almacenamiento. Como principal contribución destaca la nueva organización en planta propuesta, que garantiza una utilización más efectiva de sus capacidades. Para realizar este trabajo se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el histórico-lógico, análisis y síntesis e inductivo-deductiva, así como también métodos empíricos como observación directa, revisión de documentos y entrevistas.

At the present time business logistics is vitally important for the success of every company. This directs the productive processes under the logic of the four subsystems that they fix it, between the ones that highlight the provisioning between, like one of the fundamental subsystems when constituting the first one in guaranteeing the resources for the functioning of the logistic system, the one that includes the storage step. Taking this as starting point came true the present investigation in the Company of Medical Supplies Holguin (EMSUME), for the sake of making your storage step perfect. In order to accomplish this investigation they checked a set of bibliographies pertaining to the storage step, what allowed defining objectives, techniques and tasks of the store I object of study. As fundamental results detected violations in the storage principles, stored products in unsuitable places, a deficient organization in plant of the ships and an unsuitable storage technology themselves; For the ones that set themselves solutions guided to eradicate or to solve your adverse effects in the storage step. As main contribution highlights the new organization in proposed plant, that he guarantees a most effective utilization of her capacities. In order to accomplish this work theoretic methods like the historic logician, analysis and synthesis were used and inductive deductive, as well as empiric methods like direct observation, revision of documents and interviews.
