Aplicación de procedimientos para la implementación de la norma ISO 50001 en el “Hotel Las Tunas”

Abstract

El mundo necesita energía, los combustibles fósiles se acaban y encontrar cualquier tipo de combustible cada vez se hace más caro y difícil. Por lo que la solución más viable y rápida es "ahorrar", muchas personas piensan que hacer esto es volver a la prehistoria, pues también piensan que esto trae consigo dejar a un lado mucho de los beneficios que nos brinda la energía. Pero están equivocadas, solo tenemos que gestionar bien su uso para que satisfaga nuestras necesidades más apremiantes y esto no tiene por qué afectar nuestras labores diarias. Un buen sistema para la gestión de la energía es lo que brinda la ISO con su norma más reciente: “Sistemas de Gestión de la Energía” (ISO 50001). Esta norma internacional especifica los requisitos de un sistema de gestión de la energía (SGEn) a partir del cual la organización puede desarrollar e implementar una política energética y establecer objetivos, metas, y planes de acción que tengan en cuenta los requisitos legales y la información relacionada con el uso significativo de la energía. Este trabajo trata sobre cómo aplicar algunos procedimientos e implementar herramientas desarrollados para la norma ISO 50001, pero, solo se centrará en la parte de Planificación, pues las demás partes del modelo de gestión, son más de comunicación y gerencia; y la parte a estudiar por este trabajo es de análisis de datos, cálculos y resultados matemáticos y estadísticos. También en este trabajo se aplicaron técnicas de criterios de expertos y diagnósticos con los especialistas y se ha elaborado un documento con los principales criterios sobre la implementación de dicha norma.

The world needs energy, fossil fuels run out and to find any type of fuel each time becomes more expensive and difficult. For what the most viable and fast solution is saving, many people think that to make this is reverting to prehistory, because also they think that this brings along stopping to one side a lot the benefits that the energy offers us. But they are wrong, only we have to negotiate your use in order that we satisfy our most urgent needs well and this needs not to affect our daily works. A good system for the step of Energy is what the ISO with its most recent standard offers: Energy management systems (ISO 50001). This international standard specifies the requirements of a system of step of the energy (EnMS) which organization can develop from and implementing an energy policy and establishing objectives, goals, and action plans that the legal requirements and the information related with the significant use of energy take into account. This work handles about how to apply some procedures and to implement tools unrolled for the standard ISO 50001, but, only it will focus on the part of planning, then the other parts of the management model, they are more of communication and management; And the part to study for this work becomes of data analysis, calculations and mathematical and statistical results. Also in this work techniques of criteria of experts and diagnoses with the specialists were applicable and has become elaborate a document with the main criteria on the implementation of said standard.
