Sustitución de la madera por poliesterol expandido en la producción de artículos fundidos de alta resistencia

Abstract

RESUMEN Este trabajo investigativo se realiza en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Fundición Acero Hierro de Holguín (UEBFAH), el cual tiene como objetivo principal la sustitución de la madera por el poliesterol expandido (EPS) en la elaboración de los modelos para la obtención de fundidos de alta resistencia. Para esto fue necesario hacer una revisión bibliográfica de los materiales existentes, para la elaboración de los modelos de poliesterol expandido (EPS). Luego de analizada esta bibliografía, se puede afirmar que no existe en el país una metodología que utilice el corte de poliesterol expandido (EPS) con alambre de nicrom. Esto conllevó a la creación de un entorno tecnológico bajo las condiciones de la Unidad Empresarial de Base Fundición Acero Hierro de Holguín (UEBFAH), logrando obtener una metodología de elaboración de los modelos de poliesterol expandido en la obtención de fundidos de alta resistencia, mediante la construcción de una mesa de corte, utilizando el tratamiento “In mold” y el método de vertido vibratorio. Una vez cumplimentado el objetivo de esta investigación se concluye que los modelos de madera se sustituyen por modelos de poliesterol expandido, se establece por primera vez en la Unidad Básica Empresarial Fundición Acero Hierro (UEBFAH) “Héroes del 26 de julio” una metodología de fabricación de modelos de poliesterol expandido usando una mesa de corte con alambre de nicrom y se disminuye el costo con la sustitución de la madera, que es un material de importación y deficitario, además costoso, por el por poliesterol expandido, el cual cumple con los requerimientos para la fabricación de los modelos.

This investigative work is carried out in the Managerial Unit of Base Foundry Steel Iron of Holguín (MUBFSIH), which has as main objective the substitution of the wood for the expanded polystyrene (EPS) in the elaboration of the models for the obtaining of having fused of high resistance. For this it was necessary to make a bibliographical revision of the existent materials, for the elaboration of the models of expanded polystyrene (EPS). After having analyzed this bibliography, one can affirm that it doesn't exist in the country a methodology that uses the cut of expanded polystyrene (EPS) with nicrom wire. This bore to the creation of a technological environment under the conditions of the Managerial Unit of Base Foundry Steel Iron of Holguín (MUBFSIH), being able to obtain a methodology of elaboration of the polystyrene models expanded in the obtaining of having fused of high resistance, by means of the construction of a court table, using the treatment "In mold" and the method of having poured vibratory. Once executed the objective of this investigation it´s can concludes that the wooden models are substituted by models of expanded polystyrene, it´s settles down for the first time in the the Managerial Unit of Base Foundry Steel Iron of Holguín (MUBFSIH) "Héroes del 26 de julio" a methodology of production of models of expanded polystyrene using a court table with nicrom wire and it´s diminishes the cost with the substitution of the wood that is an import material and deficit, also expensive, for the one for expanded polystyrene, which fulfills the requirements for the production of the models.
