Tecnología de fabricación de los tornillos del bulldozer SHANTUI SD 22

Abstract

El presente trabajo está dirigido a la elaboración de una variante de tecnología de fabricación mediante el maquinado de los tornillos que presentan problemas del Bulldozer de estera SD22 en la planta reparadora SOMEC Holguín, con el objetivo de dar solución a la problemática que confronta esta entidad, la cual no cuenta con un procedimiento para la elaboración de croquis y tecnologías de piezas y equipos que se reparan. Para dar solución a dicho problema se estudió un grupo de tornillos que constituyen piezas de rápido desgaste, y en consecuencia se elabora una adecuada ruta tecnológica, según las condiciones del taller de maquinado, especificando los procedimientos a seguir. Para la confección de las tecnologías se utilizó la Tecnología de Grupo, creándose una familia de tornillos.

The present work it´s guided to the elaboration of a variant of technology of production by means of the one schemed of the screws that present problems of the mat Bulldozer SD22 in the reparative plant SOMEC Holguin, with the objective of giving solution to the problem that confronts this entity, which doesn't have a procedure for the sketch and technologies of pieces and equipments that are repaired. To give solution to this problem a group of screws it was studied that constitute pieces that have a quick wastage, and in consequence an appropriate technological route is elaborated, according to the conditions of the atelier of having schemed, specifying the procedures to continue. For the making of the technologies it was used the Group Technologies, creating a family of screws.
