Monitorización de partículas metálicas en lubricantes usados a través de la magnetización

Abstract

El trabajo denominado: Monitorización de partículas metálicas en lubricantes usados a través de la Magnetización, ha sido realizado con el objetivo de profundizar en la preparación de los estudiantes que cursan la carrera de Mecánica en la Universidad de Holguín en la disciplina de Mantenimiento y dentro de ella la asignatura Tecnología Proactiva y de Diagnóstico, dada la necesidad de fomentar los laboratorios que le permitan alcanzar las habilidades propuestas dentro del programa analítico de esta asignatura. El mismo cuenta con dos capítulos, en el primero se realizar una búsqueda de la información relacionada con diferentes métodos de estudio y técnicas aplicada al análisis de los lubricantes para monitorear el desprendimiento de partículas provenientes del desgaste de los pares tribológicos existentes en las máquinas y prevenir futuros fallos.En el capítulo dos se aborda la monitorización de las partículas a través de un dispositivo basado en la magnetización, se establecen los pasos necesarios para la realizar el laboratorio sobre análisis de lubricantes y se muestra la aplicación práctica de estos pasos a un vehículo perteneciente a la Empresa de Izaje CUBIZA de Holguín, perteneciente al Ministerio de la Construcción. Como resultado de este trabajo se llega a la elaboración de un dispositivo que permite monitorizar las partículas existentes en los lubricantes, se definen los pasos necesarios para realizar el laboratorio sobre monitorización de partículas metálicas en lubricantes usados a través de la magnetización y se muestra la aplicación práctica de la metodología propuesta.

The denominated work: Motorization of the Methallic Particles in the used lubricant through the magnetization has been carried out with the main objective to deepen in the preparation of the students of Mechanics in the University of Holguin in the discipline of Maintenance and within the subject ¨Proactive Technology and Diagnosis¨, related to the need to instigate the laboratories that can help to reach their skills in the analytic program of this matter. There are two chapters in this work: in the first one there is a search of the information related to the different methods of study and techniques that have been applied in the analysis of lubricants to monitor the detachment of particles from the corrosion of the tribology pairs that exist in a machine as well to prevent future failures. The second chapter is about the motorization of the particles through a magnetic diapositive, the same way it shows the necessary steps to develop an analysis of the lubricants in the laboratory and the practic application of these steps in a vehicle from the Hoisting Interprise in Holguin Province, Cubiza that belongs to the Ministery of Construction. As a result of this work there is an elaboration of a dispositive that permits to monitor the existing particles in the lubricants and the main steps are determined in order to do the laboratory about the motorization of the metallic particles in the used lubricants through the magnetization and the practic application of the correspond at methodology.
