Evaluación de la calidad del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento del CAI Cristino Naranjo ubicado en el municipio Cacocum, Holguín

Abstract

La atención de las empresas para el área de mantenimiento está cada vez más activa a través de las inversiones en capacitación, consultorías, auditorías especializadas, implantación de sistemas automatizados, etc. Debido a la importancia que tiene lo dicho anteriormente, el trabajo que a continuación se presenta fue realizado en el Complejo AgroIndustrial (CAI) Cristino Naranjo ubicado en el municipio Cacocum (Holguín), donde, se implementará un sistema para evaluar la calidad de la gestión del mantenimiento, utilizando la metodología de Acosta 2012. Este proyecto se divide en dos partes, un marco teórico donde se explicarán detalladamente todos los pasos a seguir y las herramientas a utilizar antes y durante la evaluación. Y la segunda parte estará dirigida a la aplicación de la misma en la empresa mostrándose así todos los resultados obtenidos.

The attention of companies to the maintenance area is ever more active through investments in training, consulting, specialized audits, implementation of automated systems, etc. Due to the importance of the above, the work presented below was conducted at the “Cristino Naranjo” Agro-Industrial Complex (CAI) located in the municipality of Cacocum (Holguín). Here, a system will be implemented to evaluate the quality of the maintenance management using the Acosta 2012 methodology. This project is divided into two parts. The first part is atheoretical framework where all the steps and the tools to use before and during the evaluation will be explained in detail. And the second part will be directed to the application of the above theoretical framework in this company, thus showing all results.
