Utilización de la cola de la Empresa René Ramos Latour en la obtención de nodulizante para producir hierro de alta resistencia

Abstract

Esta investigación da solución a unas de las tareas del banco de problemas de la Empresa de Fundiciones Acero – Hierro de Holguín, dada la necesidad de producción de nodulizante en las condiciones actuales. El objetivo general se cumple con la aplicación de una tecnología en un horno de 500 mm de diámetro interior, para el cual se desarrolló el cálculo de los parámetros tecnológicos y prueba experimental. La investigación logra la obtención de nodulizante con productos resultantes de la industria del níquel de forma competitiva. Se describen características de los nodulizantes e inoculantes de en la producción de hierro nodular, se hace una descripción de las diferentes materias primas y materiales que se utilizan para producir hierro dúctil nodular. También se abordan las características de los diferentes hornos eléctricos que se utilizan con este objetivo. Se realiza un análisis de las colas de las industrias niquelíferas de Moa y Nicaro, conjuntamente se expone en detalles la metodología a seguir para la obtención de nodulizante, además se efectúan valoraciones técnicos – económicas, medio ambientales y para le defensa. A partir de la tecnología efectuada se brindan conclusiones y recomendaciones que permiten mejorar la calidad de la producción en la EFAH. This investigation offers solution to one of the tasks from the bank of problems of the Steel – Iron Foundries Enterprise from Holguín, related to the need of saving energy payees in the production of nodulizing under its specific conditions. The main objective accomplishes with the application of a technology to an oven with a 500 mm interior diameter, for which the calculation of the technological parameters and the experimental test were developed. The investigation achieves the decrease of the energy payees consumption in the nodulizing production with products obtained from the niquel industry in a competitive and sustainable way. The characteristics of the nodular iron production are presented, as well as the ones of the nodulizing and inoculante. A description of the different prime materials used for the production of the nodular ductile iron is made. It also talks about the different types of electric ovens that exist. An analysis of the nickel industrie lines from Moa and Nicaro is made. Simultaneously, the methodology to be followed for the obtaining of nodulizing is exposed with details. Some technical-economical, environmental and for the defence valuations are given as well. Starting from the carried out analysis, conclusions and recommendations that respond to the existent problem in the EFAH are offered.
