Sistema de gestión de información del control estadístico de Unidad Empresarial de Base del MININT Aguas Claras

Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta a continuación tiene como tema: “Sistema de gestión de la información del control estadístico de la Unidad Empresarial de Base del MININT Aguas Claras”. El proceso de gestión de la información del control estadístico es una tarea muy compleja por la cantidad de información que se maneja. En la Unidad Empresarial de Base del Ministerio del Interior Aguas Claras esta tarea le corresponde a la subdirectora de operaciones, quien es responsable de confeccionar todos los datos que se manejan mensualmente, la realización de esta tarea requiere de mucho tiempo y desgaste físico, esto trae consigo que se cometan muchos errores por lo que se propone el siguiente objetivo: Realizar un sistema informático que permita mejorar las dificultades existentes para la gestión de la información del control estadístico de la Unidad Empresarial de Base del MININT Aguas Claras. La investigación demostró la necesidad de mejorar la gestión de la información mediante un sistema informático.

The present investigation has as its theme: “A Management System for the Statistical Control of Information at the Entrepreneurial Unit at the Base of the MININT in Aguas Claras”. The management process of the Statictical Control of information is a very complex task for the amount of information that has to be handled. At the Entrepreneurial Unit in the Base of the MININT in Aguas Claras, this task is executed by the subdirector of operations, who is responsible for the organization of all of the information that is managed monthly, and it is seen that this tasks reqires much time and physical wearing, and thus much errors are committed. Hence, due to the before mentioned, the following objective was proposed: Realice a Computerizaed System which permits the better the existing difficulties in order to manage the Statistical Control of the information at the Entrepreneurial Unit at the Base of the MININT in Aguas Claras. This investigation tries to demonstrate the necessity for bettering the mangement of information through a computerized system.
