Propuesta de una norma cubana para la importación de compresores frigoríficos herméticos

Abstract

Los compresores herméticos y sus aplicaciones en la refrigeración doméstica son incapaces de satisfacer todos los requerimientos que se necesitan, dada la diversidad de los sistemas y ambientes en que deben emplearse, la estandarización bajo las cuales deben construirse y las condiciones en que son evaluados según las normas elaboradas y comúnmente aceptadas en virtud de las que el fabricante garantiza un comportamiento dado en parámetros tan importantes como la capacidad frigorífica, el consumo energético y otros. El objetivo de la tesis es la confección de una Norma Cubana que establezca los criterios de evaluación y selección para la importación de los compresores herméticos frigoríficos (CFH) en Cuba. La propuesta de Norma Cubana contiene un sistema de pruebas de control de la fiabilidad que permite evaluar y seleccionar el compresor hermético para las condiciones de explotación existentes en el país. Las pruebas experimentales se realizaron en laboratorios certificados por la ISO 9002 e ISO 14 000. Para la confección de la propuesta fue utilizada la Norma Cubana NC 1: 2005 ―Reglas para la estructura, redacción y edición de las Normas Cubanas y otros documentos normativos relacionados‖. El protocolo de ensayos y los detalles para su realización se encuentran explicados detalladamente en el documento.

The hermetic compressors and their applications in the domestic refrigeration are unable to satisfy all the requirements needed, due to: the diversity of the systems and environments that should be used, the standardization under which they should be built and the conditions in which they are evaluated according to the created and commonly accepted norms, taking into consideration those that the manufacturer guarantees, which are given in parameters as important as the refrigerating capacity, the energy consumption and others. The objective of this thesis is to create a Cuban Norm that establishes the evaluation and selection criteria’s to import the CFH in Cuba. Cuban´s Norm proposal contains a system of tests to control the reliability that allows evaluating and selecting the hermetic compressor in the current conditions of exploitation in the country. The experimental tests were carried out in certified laboratories by the ISO 9002 and ISO 14 000. To create the proposal of the Cuban´s Norm they used the NC 1: 2005 ―rules for the structure, writing and edition of the Cuban´s Norm and other related normative documents". The protocol of rehearsals and details for their realization are explained in the document.
