Proposición técnica de la cabina para un equipo de tiro especializado en el transporte de la cosecha cañera

Abstract

La presente investigación desarrolla la proposición técnica de una cabina para un equipo especializado de tiro de caña, con los parámetros necesarios para cumplir los conceptos de diseño, selección y demás indicadores a evaluar para el mismo, así como las características especiales para su explotación y la comodidad del usuario en disímiles condiciones o situaciones. La propuesta adopta como premisa la necesidad de ocupar el menor espacio para contribuir al aumento de la capacidad de carga, objetivo principal a tener en cuenta para la construcción de este equipo, además de facilitar el completo control del vehículo desde el puesto de mandos, donde se emplazará un asiento con determinadas características para el aporte de una configuración diferente a las demás, adquiriendo el menor espacio y la mayor comodidad. Se adoptan además los criterios sobre ergonomía, indicador que tiene en cuenta la estatura del conductor, longitud de sus extremidades para su mejor desempeño con los mandos, eliminación de enfermedades profesionales, posición del asiento para una postura correcta, el descanso óptimo y el menor agotamiento del operario. La determinación de los faros e indicadores luminosos que deben aparecer en la pizarra a la vista y alcance, para mantener al conductor informado del funcionamiento y estado del vehículo en todo momento, mientras esté encendido o en funciones de trabajo, son categorías asumidas también por la presente investigación . El equipo será explotado por la empresa del azúcar (Azcuba) antiguo Ministerio del Azúcar (MINAZ). Los resultados obtenidos indican que adoptar esta cabina para este equipo especializado aumentará la eficiencia del transporte de caña y mejorará la producción del trabajo humano.

The present investigation develops the technical proposition of a booth for a Specialized team of cane shot, with the necessary parameters to complete the design concepts, selection and other indicators to evaluate for the same one, as well as the special characteristics for its exploitation and the user's comfort in dissimilar conditions or situations. The proposal adopts as premise the necessity to occupy the smallest space to contribute to the increase of the load capacity, main objective to keep in mind for the construction of this device, besides facilitating the complete control of the vehicle from the position of controls, where a seat will be summoned with certain characteristics for the contribution of a configuration different to the other ones, acquiring the smallest space and the biggest comfort. Also are adopted the approaches it also has more than enough ergonomics, indicator that keeps in mind the driver's stature, longitude of their extremities for their best acting with the controls, elimination of professional illnesses, position of the seat for a correct posture, the good rest and the operative's smaller exhaustion. The determination of the lighthouses and luminous indicators that should appear visible in the slate and reach, toç maintain the driver informed of the operation and state of the vehicle in all moment, while it is lit or in work functions, are categories also assumed by the present investigation. The device will be exploited by the sugar company (Azcuba) old Ministry of the Sugar (MINAZ). The obtained results indicate that to adopt this booth for this specialized device means the efficiency of the cane transport will increase and it will improve the production of the human work.
