Sistema de gestión para la información del proceso docente en la Secretaría del Conservatorio de Música José María Ochoa Correa de Holguín

Abstract

La Secretaría Docente del Conservatorio de Música “José María Ochoa Correa” gestiona toda la información referente a los estudiantes, profesores y las asignaturas. Resulta trabajoso el registro, control y consulta de los datos que en la misma se manejan, al no estar digitalizada toda la información, por lo que se generan inconvenientes a la hora de buscar datos de los estudiantes, las asignaturas que recibe y las notas que obtiene en las mismas, así como el vínculo entre los profesores y estudiantes además de otras tareas necesarias para el trabajo en dichaoficina;dificultándose el control y la seguridad de estos datos al existir la posibilidad de la pérdida de información por no tener un control estricto de la misma. La investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema para informatizar la gestión de la información del proceso docente en la Secretaría del Conservatorio de Música “José María Ochoa Correa”. Para dar solución a esta propuesta se utilizó el lenguaje de programación PHP con el apoyo del Dreamweaver_CS4y como Sistema Gestor de Base de Datos MySQL. En este documento se presenta todo el proceso ingenieril realizado a través de la metodología de desarrollo de software AUP, que permitió obtener un producto sostenible que satisface las necesidades que lo originaron, así como un resumen del estudio bibliográfico realizado. In the Educational Secretary of Music's Conservatory "José María Ochoa Correa" all the information is negotiated with respect to the students, professors and the subjects. It is difficult the registration, control and it consults from the data that are managed in the same one, when not being digitized all the information, for what inconveniences are generated when looking for the students' data, the subjects that he/she receives and the notes that he/she obtains in the same ones, as well as the bond between the professors and students besides other necessary tasks for the work in this office; being hindered the control and the security from these data when existing the possibility of the loss of information for not having a strict control of the same one. The investigation has as objective to develop a system to computerize the management of the information of the educational process in the Secretary of Music's Conservatory "José María Ochoa Correa." To give solution to this proposal the programming language PHP it was used with the support of Dreamweaver_CS4and I eat System Agent of Database MySQL. In this document he/she shows up the whole process ingenieril carried out through the methodology of software development AUP that allowed to obtain a sustainable product that satisfies the necessities that originated it, as well as a summary of the bibliographical carried out study.
