Estudio de Factibilidad Económica del Proyecto de Inversión Lima Persa

Abstract

El trabajo desarrollado que lleva como título “Estudio de Factibilidad Económica del Proyecto de Inversión Lima Persa”, fue realizado en la Empresa Cítricos Jíquima, y consiste en la evaluación de la factibilidad económica financiera de dicho proyecto de inversión. Esta es una investigación en donde se pronostican niveles de producción y de venta, gastos y saldos de efectivo anuales, con los cuales, por medio de técnicas de análisis financiero se obtienen índices que revelan la conveniencia o no de llevar a cabo esta inversión. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar elestudio de factibilidad del proyecto de inversión “Lima Persa”, el que busca desarrollar plantaciones de ese tipo de limón en la provincia, específicamente en la localidad de La Jíquima. Este trabajo está estructurado en dos capítulos con varios epígrafes. En el capítulo uno se hace referencia a los elementos teóricos fundamentales sobre las inversiones empresariales y se explica lametodología utilizada en este estudio. En el capítulo dos se exponen los resultados obtenidos luego de la aplicación del procedimiento de evaluación de la inversión. En el proceso investigativo se emplearon técnicas como porcentajes y se aplican diferentes métodos financieros novedosospara conocer los resultados de la inversión como son: el valor presente neto,la tasa interna de rendimiento, y el período de recuperación. En el análisis se obtuvieron resultados favorables al mostrarse para las tres variantes de costo de capital, valores actuales netos positivos, una tasa interna de rendimiento por encima del costo de capital correspondiente, y períodos de recuperación de la inversión aceptables de acuerdo a los años pronosticados.

The developed work that it takes as title "Study of Economic Feasibility of the Persian Lima Investment Project ", it was carried outin the Jíquima Citric fruits Company, and it consists on the evaluation of the financial economic feasibility of this investment project. This is an investigation where production, sale levels, expenses, and balances of annual effective are predicted, with those which, bymeans of financial analysis techniques, indexes are obtained that reveal the convenience or not of carrying out this investment. The objective of this work is to carry out the study of feasibility of the "Persian Lima" investment project, the one that looks for to develop plantations of that lemon type in the province, specifically in the town of The Jíquima. This work is structured in two chapters with several epigraphs. In the chapter one reference is made to the fundamental theoretical elements on the managerial investments, and the used methodology is explained in this study. In the chapter two the obtained results are exposed after the application of the investment evaluation procedure. In the investigative process they were usedtechnical as percentages and different novel financial methods are applied to know the results of the investment like they are: the net present value, the internal rate of yield, and the period of recovery. In the analysis, favourable results wereobtained when being shown for the three variants of capital cost, positive net current values, an internal rate of yield above the cost of corresponding capital, and acceptable investment recovery periods according to the predicted years.
