Estudio de mercado del Seguro Temporario de Vida ESEN UEB. HOLGUÍN

Abstract

El Trabajo de Diploma titulado “Investigación de Mercados” fue realizado en la ESEN Holguín, perteneciente al Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios. La investigación de referencia tiene como objetivo estudiar las particularidades específicas del mercado real y potencial de la ESEN Holguín y su incidencia en la obtención de una mayor cuota de mercado que la existente. En el desarrollo de este trabajo se emplearon un conjunto de métodos e instrumentos empíricos del conocimiento científico, se diseña y aplica una encuesta luego de la selección de la muestra de los clientes. Seutiliza además, herramientas matriciales que le imprimen un mayor nivel científico a este trabajo. A partir del estudio de los antecedentes que a nuestro juicio estaban afectando la aplicación del mercado, se definió el problema y la hipótesis a demostrar. El trabajo en su inmensa mayoría se desarrolló aplicando la metodología de Investigación de Mercados de Philip Kotler. Al concluir la investigación se realizaron recomendaciones a la ESEN Holguín que consideramos de gran importancia para explotar el mercado en que se encuentra insertada.

The Work of titled Diploma "Investigation of Markets" it was carried out in the ESEN Holguín, belonging to the Ministry of Finances and Prices. When concluding the investigation they were carried out recommendations to the ESEN Holguín that we consider of greatimportance the market in that it is inserted to explode.
