Elaborar y Aplicar un Procedimiento para el registro, cálculo y análisis de los costos de calidad que sirva como herramienta en la CTE Lidio Ramón Pérez de Felton, Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado Elaborar y Aplicar un Procedimiento para el registro, cálculo y análisis de los costos de calidad que sirva como herramienta en la CTE Lidio Ramón Pérez de Felton, perteneciente al Ministerio de la Industria Básica y Unión Eléctrica con vista a la Mejora Continua del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad según las normas NC ISO 9001:2008. El mismo tiene como objetivo elaborar y Aplicar un procedimiento para el cálculo y análisis de los costos de calidad. En la investigación se desarrolla un procedimiento que facilitó detectar dentro del sistema de costo para la unidad de generación como influyen en los resultados los costos por fallas internas y externas, cuáles son de prevención y evaluación loque permite que la empresa pueda incidir sobre ellos. El mismo consta de dos capítulos, uno donde se deja el marco teórico e histórico del objeto de estudio y el segundo el procedimiento aplicado y sus resultados, se utilizaron métodos investigativos tales como: Métodos Empíricos de la Investigación entre las que se encuentran:, Consultas, Análisis de documentos como: Informes de Auditorias internas, Revisiones por la dirección, no conformidades, Análisis documental: revisión de fuentes de información para la realización de la aplicación de la guía metodológica utilizada, Observación: para constatar como se manifiesta el sistema directo de la Instalación, Conversación informal: con los trabajadores directos al proceso productivo, para conocer criterios de los trabajadores acerca del proceso. Todo lo anterior permitió arribar a conclusiones y recomendaciones que serán de gran utilidad a la entidad.

The present titled work to Elaborate and to Apply a Procedure for the registration, calculation and analysis of the costs of quality that it serves as tool in the CTE Fights Ramón Pérez of Felton, belonging to the Ministry of the Basic Industry and Electric Union with view to the Continuous Improvement of the System of Administration of the Quality according to the norms NC ISO 9001:2008. The same one has as objective to elaborate and to Apply a procedure for the calculation and analysis of the costs of quality. In the investigation a procedure is developed that it facilitated to detect inside the cost system for the generation unit like they influence in the results the costs for internal and external flaws, which they are of prevention and evaluation what allows that the company can impact on them. The same one consists of two chapters, one where it is left the theoretical and historical mark of the study object and the second the applied procedure and their results, such investigative methods were used as: Empiric methods of the Investigation among those that are:, you Consult, Analysis of documents like: Inform of internal Audits, Revisions for the address, non conformities, documental Analysis: revision of sources of information for the realization of the application of the used methodological guide, Observation: to verify like the direct system of the Installation, informal Conversation is manifested: with the direct workers to the productive process, to know the workers' approaches about the process. All the above-mentioned allowed to arrive toconclusions and recommendations that will be from great utility to the entity.
