Simulación numérica del comportamiento del fresado de las cuchillas de las Cosechadoras de Caña ktp con el Software AdvantEdge TM

Abstract

En la coyuntura actual, el país trazó lineamientos en busca de una empresa socialista eficiente donde los niveles productivos satisfagan una demanda exacerbada, debido al detrimento de la industria en los años del “Periodo especial”. En busca de encontrar la forma productiva más eficiente en el corte de metales por arranque de virutas se realizó este trabajo con la simulación numérica del comportamiento del fresado de las cuchillas de las cosechadoras de caña KTP con el software AdvantEdge TM . La investigación se propuso como objetivo realizar la simulación numérica del fresado de las cuchillas de las cosechadoras de caña KTP, de acero AISI 1045 y mecanizadas con herramientas de corte de metal duro del grupo P para obtener los valores de las fuerzas de corte y las temperaturas en el proceso de corte. Se consultó una extensa bibliografía actualizada para dar solución al objetivo planteado; se emplearon los métodos de investigación científica teóricos, empírico y la utilización de la simulación numérica.

In the present, the country drew guidelines in search of a socialist efficient company where the productive levels fulfill a request exacerbated, due to the detriment of the industry in the years belonging to the Especial Period. In search of finding the way productive more efficient KTP with the software accomplished this work with the numerical simulation of the behavior of the drilled one belonging to the blades of the harvesters of cane itself in the cut of metals for start of wood shavings AdvantEdge TM . The investigation proposed like objective accomplishing the numerical simulation of the drilled one belonging to the blades of the harvesters of cane KTP itself, of steel AISI 1045 and mechanized with the group's cutting tools of hard metal P to get the forces from court and the temperatures in court's process. The solution of the objective came true with the implementation of a system of methods of scientific investigation of theoretic nature, empiricist and of numerical simulation.
