Estudio de factibilidad del proyecto de inversión: Construcción de una torre de control aéreo en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Holguín.

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio ha sido determinar la factibilidad del proyecto de inversión para la construcción de una nueva Torre de Control en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Holguín “Frank País García”, tomando en cuenta los diversos problemas que presenta la actual torre. Este trabajo está orientado a establecer un análisis de la situación actual de la torre para así definir los problemas que esta presenta, la aportación que tendrá en los servicios que se ofrecen a la navegación aérea, y el impacto en forma específica que tendrá la realización del proyecto en la provincia de Holguín, al verse incrementado los niveles de demanda del turismo. Se efectuaron visitas a la zona donde está ubicada la torre para reconocer el estado actual y los problemas que presenta. Se realizaron encuestas y entrevistas no estructuradas a los especialistas asentados en la zona, quienes aportaron elementos de estudio sobre condiciones meteorológicas, comunicaciones aeronáuticas y sistemas de navegación aérea. En cuanto al análisis económico, los resultados muestran que el VAN es de $5791,692.73, el cual es positivo con respecto a la inversión ejecutada ($6083,153.43) por lo que es posible afirmar que el proyecto logra la inversión y además genera utilidades, con una tasa de actualización que corresponde a un valor de un 7%. Al calcular la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) se obtuvo un porcentaje de un 15%, este valor es el porcentaje promedio que vamos a recuperar cada año. El Período de Recuperación muestra que la inversión se recupera en un período de 6 años y 3 meses.

The objective of the present study has been to determine the feasibility of the investment project for the construction of a new Tower of Control in the International Airport of Holguín "Frank Country García", taking into account the diverse problems that it presents the current tower. This work is guided to establish an analysis of the current situation of the tower it stops this way to define the problems that this it presents, the contribution that will have in the services that offer to the air sailing, and the impact in specific form that will have the realization of the project in the county of Holguín, to the one turns increased the levels of demand of the tourism. Visits were made to the area where the tower is located to recognize the current state and the problems that it presents. They were not carried out surveys and interviews structured the specialists seated in the area who you/they contributed study elements on meteorological conditions, aeronautical communications and systems of air sailing. As for the economic analysis, the results show that the VAN is of $5791, 692.73, which is positive with regard to the executed investment ($6083, 153.43) for what is possible to affirm that the project achieves the investment and it also generates utilities, with a rate of upgrade that corresponds to a value of 7%. When calculating the Internal Rate of Return (TIR) a percentage of 15%, this value was obtained it is the percentage average that we will recover every year. The Period of Recovery shows that the investment recovers in a 6 year-old period and 3 months.
