Diseño curricular de la asignatura Herramientas Modernas para la toma de decisiones como contribución al plan de estudio de la Carrera Ingeniería Industrial

Abstract

La presente investigación se efectuó en el Departamento de Ingeniería Industrial con el principal objetivo de aplicar una propuesta metodológica que permita realizar un rediseño curricular en la asignatura Herramientas Modernas para la Toma de Decisiones, teniendo en cuenta las leyes y principios que rigen el diseño curricular, para contribuir al perfeccionamiento del proceso docente-educativo de la carrera Ingeniería Industrial. Para cumplir el objetivo propuesto se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de la literatura nacional e internacional relacionada con el tema en cuestión, exponiéndose los principales elementos a tener en cuenta para el estudio de esta temática. Se presenta la propuesta metodológica a aplicar, esta posee 5 etapas, 6 pasos y 13 tareas en las cuales se tomaron en consideración las influencias del entorno y las necesidades propias de profesores y alumnos. En el capítulo II se realizó la aplicación parcial de la propuesta metodológica, donde se definió el estado actual del diseño curricular de la asignatura el cual fue evaluado de regular. Finalmente se confeccionó el nuevo expediente de la asignatura Herramientas Modernas para la Toma de Decisiones, el cual constituye el resultado tangible de esta investigación, contribuyendo así al mejoramiento del proceso docente-educativo en la carrera.

The present investigation was carried out in the department of Industrial Engineering with the main objective of designing a methodological proposal that allows to carry out the curricular redesign of the signature Modern Tools for Decision Making, keeping in mind the laws and principles of the curricular design, in order to contribute to the improvement of the educational process of the Industrial Engineering career.To give execution to the objective it was carried out a bibliographical revision that allowed determining the main demands of the curricular design, exposing the main elements to have in account for the study of the main subject. The methodological proposal to be apply was presented, it have 5 stages, 6 steps and 13 in which took in consideration the influences of the environment and the necessities of professors and students. In the Chapter II the application of the methodological proposalwas carried out,it threw as a result that the current state of the design of the signaturewas evaluated of regular. Finally it was carried out the making of the file of the Modern Tools for Decision Making signature, which constitutes the tangible result of this investigation, contributing that way to the improvement of the educational process in the career.
