Plan de acciones para la inclusión del alojamiento y la restauración no estatal en la oferta turística de la ciudad colonial de Gibara

Abstract

La necesidad de incorporar a la oferta turística, el alojamiento y la restauración no estatal en la Ciudad Colonial de Gibara, los cuales constituyen un atributo adicional, incrementan las capacidades, tributan impuestos y contribuyen al mejoramiento de la imagen de la ciudad, ha constituido el fin principal de la investigación, cuyos resultados se muestran en el presente trabajo. El proceso investigativo permitió diagnosticar el servicio que se ofrece en las casas particulares de la ciudad, determinar las principales deficiencias que presentan y proponer acciones para erradicarlas; partiendo del análisis histórico, referencial y contextual del alojamiento y la restauración en casas particulares, sus características generales como un producto turístico enmarcado en una zona urbana, se proponen indicadores para la caracterización de dichas casas. Para lograr los objetivos propuestos se realizaron, entre otras acciones, entrevistas a personas relacionadas con el tema y observaciones en las casas que realizan las actividades de alojamiento y restauración en la ciudad antes mencionada.

The need to incorporate the tourism, accommodation and non-state restoration in the Colonial City of Gibara, which constitute an additional attribute, increase capacity, taxed taxes and contribute to improving the image of the city, has been the main purpose of the investigation, whose results are shown in this paper. The research process allowed the diagnosis of the service offered in the private houses of the city, identifying the main weaknesses in and propose actions to eradicate them, based on the historical analysis, referential and contextual accommodation and meals in private homes, their general framed as a tourism product in an urban area, indicators are proposed for the characterization of these houses. To achieve the proposed objectives were made, among other things, interviews with people related to the subject and observations in the homes they carry out the accommodation and restaurant in the city above.
