Diagnóstico Inicial Ambiental del supraproceso de Restauración en el Hotel Club Amigo Atlántico Guardalavaca.

Abstract

La industria turística con operativa mundial depende directamente de los beneficios de un entorno saludable, aguas limpias y aire impoluto. Las empresas turísticas tienen la responsabilidad de mantener una interrelación beneficiosa con la naturaleza para el presente y los años venideros. Las mismas provocan el consumo de grandes volúmenes de materias primas, productos y alimentos y a la vez generan enormes cantidades de residuos sólidos y líquidos. Si por sus condiciones de construcción que en ocasiones resultan irreversibles, un hotel no es ecológico, un desempeño respetuoso con el medio ambiente puede ser una importante herramienta de comercialización y un atractivo para sus clientes. La presente investigación es un Diagnóstico Inicial Ambiental del supraproceso de Restauración en el Hotel Club Amigo Atlántico Guardalavaca. El trabajo de diploma tiene como objetivo contribuir a la mejora de la Gestión Ambiental del supraproceso de restauración en este hotel. La autora para realizar el diagnóstico utilizó esencialmente la metodología de la Universidad de Burgos, España, aunque en esta última se introdujeron un conjunto de aspectos que norma la metodología del RAN, con vista a contextualizar los procederes antes citados. Además fortaleció dicho estudio el empleo de las listas de chequeo elaboradas para dicho diagnóstico. Con este se identificaron los aspectos ambientales más significativos, así como sus respectivos impactos negativos en la gestión de alimentos y bebidas de dicha instalación que limitan el desarrollo del turismo sostenible en todas sus dimensiones. Finalmente se propone un plan de medidas a implementar para la mitigación o solución de los mismos.

The tourist industry, with operations around the world, depends directly on a healthy environment, clean waters and unpolluted air. Tourist enterprises have the responsibility of maintaining a good relationship with nature for the present and the coming years. They cause the consumption ofbig volumes of different products and foods and at the same time generate big quantities of solid and liquid dumpings. In case of resorts which have not observed an ecological construction, a respectful acting with the environment can be an important commercialization tool and an attraction for the clients. The investigation is an Environmental Diagnosis of Restoration in Hotel Club Amigo Atlántico Guardalavaca. This work is intended to improve the environmental administration on supraprocesses of restoration in this hotel. To carry out the investigation the author used the methodology of the University of Burgos essentially, from Spain, and also a group of aspects that norm the methodology of the RAN (Reconocimiento Ambiental Nacional), with the objetive to develop the procedures stated before .The use of check lists strengthened the present study. The check lists helped to identify the most significant environmental aspects, as well as their negative impacts thatlimit the developmentof the sustainable tourism in all its dimensions. Finally the author proposed a plan of actions for the mitigation or solution of the problems.
