Caracterización del Sistema de Gestión de Alojamiento de las casas de alquiler del Consejo Popular Centro Ciudad Sur del municipio Holguín

Abstract

El turismo se ha convertido en un sector relevante con un alto grado de competitividad, sumergiendo fuerte y constantemente a los establecimientos hoteleros en una competencia, con el objetivo de generar más ganancias y lograr una posición meritoria en la mente de los clientes. Actualmente el sector privado específicamente las casas de alquiler en CUC del municipio Holguín constituye uno de los adversarios con más fortaleza para los hoteles de la ciudad en esta emulación, razón por la cual es de vital importancia conocer todo lo referente a los competidores, gestión de sus recursos, estrategias de comercialización, mercado que los visita así como el estado actual en el que se encuentran. Basado en la necesidad de conocer y evaluar antes de actuar, el objetivo del presente trabajo es caracterizar el Sistema de Gestión de Alojamiento de las casas de alquiler en CUC del Consejo Popular Centro Ciudad Norte del municipio Holguín, y para darle cumplimiento fueron aplicadas entrevistas a los arrendadores de la zona, lo que proporcionó la información necesaria quedando caracterizadas las principales variables dentro de su gestión, y puesto al descubierto algunas de sus debilidades. Con el aporte de este estudio la alta dirección del sector pude elaborar e implementar herramientas creativas e innovadoras que contrarresten los efectos generados por estas viviendas. También se diagnosticaron las redes de relaciones sociales existentes entre los arrendadores.

Tourism has become a relevant sector with a high degree of competiveness, immersing hotel facilities deeply and constantly in a competition aiming generating more profits and achieving a meritorious position in the costumer’s minds. Currently on the private sector, specifically the houses for rent on CUC in the municipality of Holguin, constitutes one of the strong adversaries for the city hotels in this emulation, reason why is vitally important knowing all referring to competitors, management of their resources, commercialization strategies, the visitor market as well as the current situation they meet. Based on the need of knowing and evaluating before acting, the objective of this research is characterizing the System of Lodging Management of the renting houses for CUC from the North- Center –City Popular Council in the municipality of Holguin. To fulfill this, several interviews were performed to the lessons of the area, which provided the necessary information for characterizing the main variables within the management and founding some of their weaknesses. With the contribution of this study of high direction of the sector it was possible to use creative and innovative tools to counteract the effects generated by these houses. There were also diagnosed the net of social relationships existing among lessors.
