El Control de la Gestión Ambiental en el Hotel Club Amigo Atlántico Guardalavaca

Abstract

La protección del medio ambiente se ha convertido en una prioridad, en una necesidad de primer orden para garantizar el desarrollo económico y social y sobre todo, para la salud y supervivencia de la especie humana. La presente investigación surge debido a la necesidad de resolver las insuficiencias que se presentan en la Gestión Ambiental relacionadas con el control de los principales problemas ambientales en el Hotel Club Amigo Atlántico Guardalavaca. Como solución a esta problemática se elabora un procedimiento para perfeccionar el control de la gestión en la entidad. Para realizar las tareas científicas, se empleó como método general de investigación el dialéctico materialista. El procedimiento fue validado a través del criterio de expertos revelando el grado de pertinencia y relevancia por lo que puede ser aplicado en otras entidades del turismo.

The protection of the environment has become a priority, in a necessity of first order to guarantee the economic and social development and mainly, for the health and survival of the human species. The present investigation arises due to the necessity of solving the inadequacies that are presented in the Environmental Administration related with the control of the main environmental problems in the Hotel Club Friend Atlantic Guardalavaca. As solution to this problem a procedure is elaborated to perfect the control of the administration in the entity. To carry out the scientific tasks, it was used as general method of investigation the dialectical one materialistic. The procedure was validated through the approach of experts revealing the relevancy grade and relevance for what can be applied in other entities of the tourism.
