Implementación de un procedimiento para el control de la gestión ambiental en el Parque Eólico de Gibara

Abstract

La protección del medio ambiente se ha convertido en una prioridad, en una necesidad de primer orden para garantizar el desarrollo económico y social y sobre todo, para la salud y supervivencia de la especie humana. La presente investigación surge debido a la necesidad de valorar las insuficiencias que se presentan en la gestión ambiental relacionadas con el control de los principales problemas ambientales en el Parque Eólico de Gibara. Como solución a esta problemática se implementa un procedimiento para perfeccionar el control de la gestión ambiental en la entidad. El informe cuenta con introducción, dos capítulos, conclusiones, recomendaciones, referencias bibliográficas, bibliografía y anexos. En el Capítulo I se exponen los presupuestos teóricos y metodológicos de partida, mientras que en el Capítulo II se argumentan las soluciones al problema de la investigación. El aporte de esta investigación radica en que: el procedimiento aplicado sirve de guía para la gestión y control ambiental en la organización, además presenta una detallada información de la entidad la cual sirve como material de estudio para alcanzar una administración eficiente y contribuir a alcanzar los objetivos del control ambiental.

The protection of the environment has become in a priority, in a necessity of first order to guarantee the economic and social development and most of all, for health and survival of the human species. The present investigation arises due to the need to appraise the insufficiencies that are present in the environmental administration related with the control of the main environmental problems in the Eolic Park of Gibara. As solution to this problem it is implemented a procedure to perfect the control of the administration in the entity. The report has introduction, two chapters, findings, recommendations, bibliographic references, bibliography and attachments. The theoretic and methodological budgets are exposing in the Chapter I, in the meantime in the Chapter II it is argument the solutions to the problem of investigation.The contribution of this investigation establishes than: The applied procedure serves as guide for the step and environmental control in the organization, besides presents an entity's detailed information which serves like material as study to attain an efficient administration and contributing to attain the objectives of the environmental control.
