Estrategia medioambiental en el proceso de alojamiento en el Hotel ALDABA Pernik

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objeto de estudio la gestión ambiental en el proceso de alojamiento y el campo de acción la planificación de estrategias ambientales en el citado proceso. Se llevó a cabo con el objetivo de diseñar un procedimiento que facilitó la elaboración de una estrategia ambiental en el proceso de alojamiento en el hotel ALDABA Pernik Se estructuró en introducción, dos capítulos, conclusiones, recomendaciones, bibliografía y anexos. El primer capítulo a través de un estudio de la literatura consultada, abordó los diferentes conceptos, principios y breves reflexiones de las relaciones que se establecen entre el turismo y la gestión ambiental, su importancia para la industria turística y la gestión del alojamiento. Además se fundamentó la planificación de estrategias ambientales para el proceso de alojamiento. En el segundo capítulo se aplico el procedimiento que sirve de base para la elaboración, implantación, evaluación, seguimiento y control de la estrategia ambiental en el proceso de alojamiento del hotel ALDABA Pernik.El aporte de esta investigación está dado en el diseño de la estrategia ambiental para el proceso de alojamiento hotelero con vistas a sistematizar el desempeño ambiental individual y empresarial en consonancia con las normas ambientales vigentes en el Sistema de Turismo y un plan de acción para su implementación.Estrategia medioambiental en el proceso de alojamiento en el Hotel ALDABA Pernik.

The present investigation has like study object the environmental administration in the lodging process and the action field the planning of environmental strategies in the one mentioned process. It was carried out with the objective of designing a procedure that facilitated the elaboration of an environmental strategy in the lodging process in the hotel ALDABA Pernik It was structured in introduction, two chapters, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and annexes. The first chapter through a study of the consulted literature approached the different concepts, principles and brief reflections of the relationships that settle down between the tourism and the environmental administration, its importance for the tourist industry and the administration of the lodging. The planning of environmental strategies was also based for the lodging process. In the second chapter you applies the procedure that serves as base for the elaboration, installation, evaluation, pursuit and control of the environmental strategy in the process of lodging of the hotel ALDABA Pernik. The contribution of this nvestigation is given in the design of the environmental strategy for the process of hotel lodging with a view to systematizing the acting environmental singular and managerial in consonance with the effective environmental norms in the System of Tourism and an action plan for its implementation.
