Propuesta de un sistema de indicadores que permita el análisis y satisfacción de las necesidades recreativas de los clientes en el Hotel “Pernik”.

Abstract

La importancia que tiene el turismo para el desarrollo económico y social de nuestro país, nos lleva a buscar alternativas encaminadas a perfeccionar la calidad de sus servicios, buscando que sus productos sean deseados y satisfagan las expectativas de sus clientes, y uno de ellos es el proceso de Recreación, debido a los beneficios que aporta a un gran número de personas. Nuestro trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer un sistema de indicadores que permita el análisis y satisfacción de las necesidades recreativas de los clientes en el Hotel “Pernik”; para darle cumplimiento al mismo se utilizaron diferentes métodos del nivel teórico, empíricos y estadísticos, de los cuales se obtuvieron como principales resultados, que en el Hotel “Pernik” del municipio de Holguín no se utilizan indicadores para el análisis y evaluación del proceso de la Recreación, no se tienen en cuenta los gustos, intereses y preferencias para realizar la programación de la Recreación y satisfacer las necesidades recreativas de los clientes y no se evalúan las actividades tomando la opinión de los participantes. El sistema de indicadores se estructuró a partir de tres categorías, una para caracterizar el proceso de la Recreación, otra para el diagnóstico de los gustos, intereses y preferencias de los clientes y la última para la evaluación; cada una cuenta con diferentes elementos de donde se derivan los indicadores y se realiza el análisis de los mismos.

The importance that has the tourism for the economic and social development of our country, takes us to look for alternatives guided to perfect the quality of its services, looking for that its products are wanted and satisfy the expectations of their clients, and one of them is the Recreation process, due to the benefits that it contributes to a great number of people. Our work has as objective to propose a system of indicators that allows the analysis and satisfaction of the recreational necessities of the clients in the Hotel “Pernik”; to give execution to the same one different methods of the theoretical, empiric and statistical level they were used, of which were obtained as main results that in the Hotel “Pernik” of the municipality of Holguín indicators are not used for the analysis and evaluation of the process of the Recreation, they are not kept in mind the likes, interests and preferences to carry out the programming of the Recreation and to satisfy the recreational necessities of the clients and the activities are not evaluated taking the opinion of the participants. The system of indicators was structured starting from three categories, one to characterize the process of the Recreation, another for the diagnosis of the likes, interests and the clients' preferences and the last for the evaluation; each a bill with different elements of where they are derived the indicators and he/she is carried out the analysis of the same ones.
