Análisis Económico-Financiero en la Sucursal CIMEX Holguín S.A.

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Diploma titulado “Análisis Económico Financiero en la Sucursal Holguín Cimex S.A” cuyo objetivo se centra en el cálculo, evaluación e interpretación de indicadores económicos financieros, haciendo una comparación de ntro de un período de cuatro años aproximadamente que permita facilitar la información para la toma de decisiones acertadas en la Sucursal. Para el logro del objetivo propuesto se requirió la utilización de varios métodos entre los que se encuentran el histórico que incluye el de análisis síntesis, el de abstracción y el de inducción-deducción y el método empírico con la observación científica y el de medición. Entre las utilizadas encontramos la entrevista, los gráficos y los análisis comparativos de varios años. El análisis económico financiero con stituye un conjunto de técnicas aplicadas a diferentes estados que se confeccionan a partir de la información contable para diagnosticar la situación económica financiera de la entidad. En el proceso investigativo se emplearon varios procedimientos económicas financieras como: el cálculo de razones financieras, elaboración del estado de origen y aplicación de fondos, administración del capital de trabajo, cuentas por cobrar y partiendo de pronósticos de incremento en ventas se determinaron las necesidades de financiamiento externo, el balance general y estado de resultado pro -forma para el control flexible de los indicadores financieros y el presupuesto de efectivo pro - forma. De forma general se pudo verificar que la Sucursal presenta una situación económica -financiera favorable pues los resultados obtenidos así lo demuestran en análisis y comparaciones realizadas dentro del estudio económico financiero de la empresa.

The present Work of titled Diploma "Financial Economic Analysis in the Branc h Holguín Cimex S.A" whose objective is centered in the calculation, evaluation and interpretation of financial economic indicators, making a comparison approximately in a four year -old period that it allows to facilitate the information for the taking of decisions guessed right in the Branch. For the achievement of the proposed objective the use of several methods was required among those that are the historical one that includes that of analysis synthesis, that of abstraction and that of induction-deduc tion and the empiric method with the scientific observation and that of mensuration. Among those used we find the interview, the graphics and the comparative analyses of several years. The analysis economic financier constitutes a group of techniques ap plied to different states that are made starting from the countable information to diagnose the financial economic situation of the entity. In the investigative process financial economic several procedures were used as: the calculation of financial reasons, elaboration of the origin state and application of funds, administration of the work capital, bills to get paid and leaving of increment presage in sales the necessities of external financing, the general balance and state of result pro -form was dete rmined for the flexible control of the financial indicators and the budget of cash pro -form. In a general way you could verify that the Branch presents an economic situation -financial favourable because the results obtained demonstrate this way it in a nalysis and comparisons carried out inside the study economic financier of the company.
