Estudio de Factibilidad Económico Financiera de la Reposición Filtro Prensa de Sulfuros en la Empresa René Ramos Latour del Níquel en Nicaro.

Abstract

El Trabajo de Diploma tiene como título “Estudio de Factibilidad Económico Financiera de la Reposición Filtro Prensa de Sulfuros en la Empresa René Ramos Latour“, destinada a la producción y comercialización de Níquel, la que seencuentra localizada en Nicaro, al este de la Provincia de Holguín; inversión que se realiza con la finalidad de reponer el Filtro existente altamente deteriorado, por uno de alta tecnología y alto nivel de automatización. La instalación del Filtro Prensa de Sulfuros eliminará las pérdidas de Amoníaco y de los productos finales exportables; mejorará la calidaddel producto, al disminuir el contendido de Amoníaco; facilitará las operaciones al funcionar totalmente en régimen automatizado; disminuye considerablemente el tiempo de secado natural de los Sulfuros para su posterior envase y embalaje para su exportación. El objetivo de esta investigación es realizar el estudio de factibilidad de la inversión reposición Filtro Prensa de Sulfuros que permita la disminución de las pérdidas actuales de Sulfuro de Ni+Co, de Sulfuro de Ni y la recuperación del Amoníaco en el proceso de producción. En el proceso investigativo se aplicaron diferentes métodos sofisticados que se usan en las finanzas para conocer los resultados de la inversión: el Valor Presente Neto, la Tasa Interna de Rendimiento y el Período de Recuperación de la Inversión. En el análisis se obtuvieron resultados favorables que muestran un Valor Actual Neto positivo, una Tasa Interna de Rendimiento que está por encima del costo de capital, y períodos de recuperación de la inversión,aceptables para esta nueva tecnología. The Diploma Work has as title Economic Financial Study of the Reinstatement of the Press Filter of Sulphides in the Company René Ramos Latour, dedicated to the production and commercialization of Nickel. It is located in Nicaro, at the east of the County of Holguín, investment that is carried out with the purpose of restoring the highly deteriorated existent Filter for one of high-technology and automation high-level. The installation of the Filter press of Sulphides will eliminate the losses of Ammonia and of the exportable final products, it will improve the quality of the product as it diminishes the content of Ammonia, it will facilitate the operations working totally in automated regime, it diminishes considerably the time of natural drying of the Sulphides for its export packing. The objective of this investigation is to carry out the feasibility study of the reinstatement of the sulphide press filter investment, which allows the decrease of the current losses of Ni+Co Sulphide and of Ni Sulphide and the recovery of Ammonia in the production process. In the research process different sophisticated methods are applied in the finances to know the investment results as the Net Present Value,the Internal Rate of Yield and the Investment Recovery Period. In the analysis there were obtained favourable results that show a positive Net Current Value, an Internal Yield Rate that is above the capital cost, and acceptable investment recovery periods according to this new technology.
