Abstract

El Trabajo de Diploma “Diagnóstico prospectivo estratégico del municipio Sagua de Tánamo” tiene como objetivo, realizar un diagnóstico prospectivo estratégico para favorecer la elaboración de la estrategia de desarrollo del municipio, respondiendo a las exigencias del desarrollo territorial, para conocer la situación actual del territorio, permitiéndole a los decisores analizar y tomar acciones pertinentes. Entre los métodos utilizados en el desarrollo la investigación se encuentran el análisis documental, histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, hipotético-deductivo, inducción-deducción y losestadísticos – informáticos. En el desarrollo del diagnóstico se utilizó el Procedimiento de Concertación Multinivel para la Estrategia de Desarrollo Municipal, incorporando un enfoque multidimensional que articula la dimensión económica, social, medioambiental, demográfica, científico-tecnológica, institucional y la dimensión infraestructura. Lo que permitió identificar por dimensiones las fortalezas y debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas, determinando las otencialidades endógenas y exógenas, que existen en el territorio; sirviendo de soporte para contribuir al desempeño de los órganos de gobierno, con el fin de ayudar al desarrollo integral del territorio y a la eliminación de las desigualdades territoriales.

What allowed identifying for dimensions’ fortresses and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, determining the endogenous and exogenous potentialities, that they exist at the territory; Serving as support to contribute to the performance of the government organs with the aim of helping the integral development of the territory, and to the elimination of the territorial inequalities.
