Sistema para el control de trámites entre personas naturales en la caja de resarcimientos de Holguín por concepto de indemnización

Abstract

La Caja de Resarcimientos es la entidad encargada de hacer efectiva las responsabilidades civiles, consistentes en la reparación de los daños materiales basándose en las sentencias fijadas por los Tribunales, la misma se subordina al Ministerio de Justicia. Su función es exigir el pago a los obligados y abonar las cantidades que les son debidas a los acreedores, siendo la persona jurídica mediadora entre deudor y acreedor. Dentro del trabajo diario en la entidad está un cumulo de tareas priorizadas que se deben acometer con la mayor eficacia y rapidez, que constituyen la revisión y radicación de cada sentencia mediante expediente creado en esta entidad. Actualmente el registro de las sentencias enviadas por los Tribunales a la Caja de Resarcimientos se realiza de forma manual, de igual manera las reclamaciones de las indemnizaciones efectuadas por los acreedores así como su pago y reintegro en caso de vencimiento, además del cobro a los deudores. Esto trae como consecuencia que no se pueda obtener la información con rapidez en un momento dado, sin antes realizar una búsqueda entre cientos de expedientes en un registro bastante extenso, resultando el servicio al público muy lento. Teniendo en cuenta estas deficiencias la presente investigación propone el desarrollo de un producto informático que favorezca el control del servicio brindado a personas naturales por concepto de indemnización, siendo este capaz de brindar seguridad e integridad a los datos y garantizar el rápido acceso a la documentación. Para el desarrollo de esta aplicación se emplearon los lenguajes de programación PHP y JavaScript con el framework CodeIgniter, como gestor de bases de datos MySQL, servidor web Apache. Este conjunto de herramientas permitió obtener una aplicación web con un ambiente amigable, robusto, y confiable. Este informe refleja todo el estudio realizado durante la investigación, así como la sostenibilidad del producto y las diferentes etapas por las que atraviesa la aplicación mediante la metodología de desarrollo de software ICONIX.

The Box of Indemnities is the entity in charge of making effective the civil responsibilities, consistent in the repair of the material damages being based on the sentences fixed by the Tribunals, the same one is subordinated to the Ministry of Justice. Their function is to demand the payment to those forced and to pay the quantities that are they due to the creditors, being the person artificial mediator between debtor and creditor. Inside the daily work a heap of prioritized tasks is in the entity that they should be attacked with the biggest effectiveness and speed that constitute the revision and to reside of each sentence by means of file created in this entity. At the moment the registration of the sentences sent by the Tribunals to the Box of Indemnities is carried out in a manual way, in a same way the reclamations of the compensations made by the creditors as well as its payment and refund in the event of expiration, besides the collection to the debtors. These results in that one cannot obtain the information quickly in a given moment, without before to carry out a search among hundreds of files in a quite extensive registration, being the service to the very slow public. Keeping in mind these deficiencies the present investigation proposes the development of a computer product that favors the control of the service offered to natural people by compensation concept, being this able one of to offer security and integrity to the data and to guarantee the quick access to the documentation. For the development of this application the programming languages PHP and JavaScript were used with the framework CodeIgniter, as agent of databases MySQL, servant Apache web. This group of tools allowed obtaining an Application Web with a friendly, robust, and reliable atmosphere. This report reflects the whole study carried out during the investigation, as well as the sustainable of the product and the different stages for those that it crosses the application by means of the methodology of software development ICONIX.
