Perfeccionamiento del sistema de costo por órdenes de producción en la Sucursal Emprestur Holguín S.A.

Abstract

La siguiente investigación se realizó en la Sucursal Emprestur Holguín S.A, como parte del proyecto: enfoque sistémico para el estímulo a la innovación en estudiantes y docentes de Contabilidad de la Universidad de Holguín, con el objetivo de perfeccionar el sistema de costo por órdenes de producción en la Sucursal, y posibilitar un proceso eficiente para una mejor toma de decisiones. La Sucursal Emprestur Holguín pertenece al Grupo Empresarial Emprestur S.A. atiende fundamentalmente a clientes del Sistema del Turismo que operan en ambas monedas y fue creada el 9 de diciembre de 2004, mediante el Acuerdo número 4.1 de la Junta General de Accionistas de dicho Grupo. Su domicilio legal se encuentra situado en Calle Morales Lemus # 355, entre Coliseo y Calle 2da municipio de Holguín, Provincia de Holguín. Luego de revisar la bibliografía existente sobre los fundamentos históricos y teóricos del objeto de estudio y analizar la información obtenida mediante el intercambio con especialistas, se desarrolló la investigación que cuenta con dos capítulos; el primero basado en la evolución histórica, definiciones y clasificaciones de los sistemas de costos. En el segundo se presenta una breve caracterización de la entidad y la propuesta y aplicación parcial del perfeccionamiento del sistema de costo por órdenes de producción. Para el desarrollo del mismo se emplearon varios métodos, procedimientos y técnicas del conocimiento teórico y empírico que permitieron resolver el problema, cumplir con el objetivo y validar la hipótesis. Como resultado del trabajo se logró elaborar un procedimiento para perfeccionar el sistema de costo, donde se plantea una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones que se ponen a consideración de la entidad para un mejor control de los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros.

The Sucursal Emprestur Holguín belongs to the Inc. Group Empresarial Emprestur number caters fundamentally for customers of the System of the Tourism that operate on both coins and he was created the December 9, 2004, by means of the Agreement 4,1 of the aforementioned Group’s shareholders' meeting. His legal residence finds placed in street Morales Lemus between Coliseum and street 2da Holguín's municipality, Holguín's Province. Right after checking the existent bibliography on the historic foundations and theoreticians of the object of study and examining the information obtained by means of the interchange with specialists, you developed the work that has two chapters; The first based in the historic evolution, definitions and classifications of the systems of costs. You encounter an entity's brief characterization and the proposal and partial application of the perfecting of the system of cost for orders of production in the second one. For the development of the same they used several methods, procedures and techniques of the theoretic knowledge that they enabled doing the trick and empiricist, fulfilling the objective and validating the hypothesis. It was managed to elaborate a procedure to make perfect the system of cost, where a series of findings and recommendations that go down to consideration of the entity for a better control of human resources, materials and financiers are presented as a result of work.
