Recuperación y puesta en funcionamiento del laboratorio de soldadura de la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la recuperación y puesta en marcha del laboratorio de soldadura, ubicado en el taller de mecánica de la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”. Este laboratorio no se encontraba funcionando debido al estado de deterioro que presentaba, pero como desempeño un papel muy importante como medio de enseñanza en la asignatura de soldadura, la Facultad de Mecánica decidió que se recuperase. De esta manera se contribuyó a la solución de un problema general, y es la carencia de suficientes medios de enseñanza en los laboratorios de la Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, que limita la comprensión del funcionamiento de los procesos de soldadura. El laboratorio posee una extraordinaria importancia para el desarrollo de las prácticas de laboratorios y de esta manera se elevará la calidad de la enseñanza en la Universidad. En el primer capítulo se dedica al análisis bibliográfico de los diferentes procesos de soldadura. En el segundo capítulo se describe la recuperación del laboratorio, teniendo en cuenta las operaciones implementadas para erradicar los problemas existentes. Se plantea el mantenimiento que se debe realizar para su correcto funcionamiento. Se realiza un análisis de riesgos y se hace una valoración económica del proceso de recuperación.

This work has as objective the recovery and setting in march of the welding laboratory, located in the shop of mechanics of the University of Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”. This laboratory was not working due to the state of deterioration that presented, but like acting a very important paper as half of teaching in the welding subject, the welding ability decided that recovers. This way it was contributed to the solution of a general problem, and it is the lack of enough teaching means in the laboratories of the Career of Mechanical Engineering that it limits the understanding of the operation of the welding processes. The laboratory possesses an extraordinary importance for the development of you practice them of laboratories and this way the quality of the teaching will rise in the University. In the first I surrender it is devoted to the bibliographical analysis of the different welding processes. In the second I surrender the recovery of the laboratory it is described, keeping in mind the operations implemented to eradicate the existent problems. It thinks about the maintenance that should be carried out for their correct operation. It is carried out an analysis of risks and an economic valuation of the recovery process is made.
