Entorno operacional y respuestas dinámicas, económicas y técnicas de los camiones Kamaz, en la empresa SERVICAR Holguín

Abstract

Este trabajo está basado en la línea de la transportación de carga y fue realizado en la Empresa Servicar de Holguín, sobre 23 camiones de procedencia rusa, de la marca Kamaz, que representan el 35 % del total del parque, equipos que contribuyen al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa. De ellos se estudiaron las condiciones de explotación, los desempeños teóricos y reales, a partir de las rutas por donde transitan y se realizó un estudio al régimen de mantenimiento. De ésta forma se le da cumplimiento al objetivo del trabajo, el cual es determinar las respuestas dinámica, económica y técnica de los camiones Kamaz en aras de explotar estas máquinas dentro de parámetros más eficientes. Con el presente trabajo pudimos arribar a las siguientes conclusiones: que el mal estado de las rutas reduce de manera significativa la disponibilidad técnica de los camiones, la velocidad técnica se limita a unos 45 km / h cuando va multiplicado y a 55 km / h cuando va sin multiplicar, determinadas mediante la característica tractiva construida. El sistema de mantenimiento aplicado no garantiza los insumos necesarios, trayendo como consecuencia un menor aprovechamiento del tiempo en taller de los vehículos. Los cálculos realizados para determinar el comportamiento de algunos indicadores del transporte revelan que: el Coeficiente de disponibilidad técnica (CDT) durante el año 2010 no registra un valor aceptable, por la influencia de los años de explotación de los vehículos, y la falta de un stock de piezas para responder de manera rápida a las eventualidades que se puedan presentar.

This work is based on the load transportation fleet and it was carried out in the Servicar Holguin enterprise, on 23 Kamaz Russian trucks, that represent 35 % of the total of the fleet. This machines contribute to the execution of the objectives of the enterprise. Of them, the conditions of exploitation were studied, and the theoretical and real behaviours, starting from the routes for where they go. By this way it was executed the objective of the work, which is to determine the dynamic, economic and technique behaviours of the Kamaz trucks, for the sake of it explores these scheme inside efficient parameters. With the present work we could achieve the following conclusions: the improper state of the routes reduces directly the technical significant readiness of the trucks, the technical speed is limited to about 45 km / h when multiplied the transmision system, and to 55 km / h without multiplying, certain by means of the built tractive characteristic. The calculations carried out determined the behaviour of some indicators of the transport, such as: the Coefficient of use of the journey, the Energetic efficiency of the transportations, and the Consumption of fuel, all of them have a good behaviour, although they can be improved, while the Coefficient of technical readiness (CDT) during the year 2011 didn't register an acceptable value, influenced of the years of exploitation of the vehicles among other factors.
