Análisis y validación de la idea de negocio del Hostal Refugio de Reyes

Abstract

En los Lineamientos de la política económica y social del país, aprobados en abril del 2011 se evidencia la necesidad de desarrollo del sector no estatal. A pesar de la voluntad política de impulsar dicho sector, el mismo presenta grandes limitaciones referentes a la propia concepción del negocio y por demás se adolece de una herramienta que permita evaluar los elementos de su idea de negocio que faciliten la toma de decisiones para su fundación y desarrollo sostenible. Para darle solución a la problemática se aplicó un procedimiento compuesto por tres fases, el filtrado de ideas, el diseño del modelo narrativo y el diseño del modelo numérico respectivamente, que permitió analizar y validar la idea de negocio del Hostal Refugio de Reyes. Los resultados evidenciaron que la actividad que más influyó en obtención de ingresos fue arrendamiento de habitaciones favoreciendo a la recuperación de la inversión en un período de cuatro años. El comportamiento financiero reflejó un decrecimiento inicial de los ingresos en los cuatro primeros meses de vida del negocio, luego devino unos meses de equilibrio y finalmente en el séptimo mes del primer año aumentaron los mismos. Dichos análisis, más otros asociados, contribuyeron a una toma de decisión respecto a la viabilidad y rentabilidad de la idea de negocio, concluyendo que la idea es viable y sostenible. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron diferentes métodos y técnicas de investigación, tanto teóricos como empíricos propios de la ingeniería industrial y ciencias afines

In the Limits of the economic and social politics of the country, approved in April of the 2011 the necessity of development of the non state sector it is evidenced. In spite of the political will of impelling this sector, the same one presents relating big limitations to the own conception of the business and excessively it is suffered of a tool that allows to evaluate the elements of their business idea that facilitate the taking of decisions for their foundation and sustainable development. To give solution to the problem a compound procedure was applied by three phases, the filtrate of ideas, the design of the narrative pattern and the design of the numeric pattern respectively that allowed to analyze and to validate the idea of business of Reyes' Inn Refuge. The results evidenced that the activity that more influenced in obtaining of revenues was rent of rooms favoring to the recovery of the investment in a four year-old period. The financial behavior reflected an initial decrecimiento of the revenues in the first four months of life of the business, then it became some months of balance and finally in the seventh month of first year-old the same ones increased. This analysis, more other associates, contributed one taking of decision regarding the viability and profitability of the business idea, concluding that the idea is viable and sustainable. For the development of the investigation different methods were used and technical of investigation, so much theoretical as empiric characteristic of the industrial engineering and kindred sciences.
