Juegos de mini-atletismo para las habilidades deportivas en la asignatura atletismo básico
Abstract
La investigación emprende un tema novedoso y de gran interés para el deporte de Atletismo
en la Universidad de Holguín y a su vez en la provincia, al proponer juegos de Mini-Atletismo
para potenciar las habilidades deportivas en los estudiantes del primer año de la carrera de
Cultura Física del curso regular diurno, a partir de las nuevas indicaciones de la Federación
Internacional de Atletismo Amateur (IAAF), para el tema de los saltos.
La misma se realizó durante el período del 1er semestre de la carrera. Los métodos
científicos utilizados proporcionaron la obtención de la información, durante la etapa de
diagnóstico, se evaluó las características sicopedagógicas de los estudiantes y su fuente de
ingreso y la etapa de implementación de los juegos, permitió evaluar el impacto alcanzado en
el desarrollo de las habilidades, corroborándose la efectividad de la propuesta. The investigation undertakes an innovative and great- interest theme for Atletismo's sports at
Holguín's University and in turn in the provinces, when proposing games of mini-athletics to
increase the power of the sports abilities in the students of the first year of the race of Physical
Culture of the not too bad not too good diurnal course as from the new indications of Amateur
Atletismo's International Federation, (IAAF), for the theme of the leaps.
The same came true during the period of the 1er semester of the race. The scientific utilized
methods provided the obtaining of the information during the stage of diagnosis,, evaluated him
characteristics the students' sicopedagógicas and his source of entrance and the stage of
implementation of the games, it enabled evaluating the impact attained in the development of
abilities, corroborándose the effectiveness of the proposal.
