Abstract

El Sistema de Salud cubano es financiado por el Estado a través del presupuesto, los recursos que consume tienen el propósito de mantener y elevar el estado de salud de la población, y los costos constituyen un importante instrumento de trabajo como apoyo a los procesos y como herramienta para los responsables de tomar decisiones. Estos aspectos motivan la presente investigación, que tiene por título: Estudio parcial de costos en el hospital Clínico Quirúrgico Lucia Iñiguez; en ella se traza como objetivo diagnosticar los costos hospitalarios que permitan el análisis de su tendencia y causas en el hospital Clínico Quirúrgico Lucia Iñiguez, a través del método comparativo, para determinar cuáles son los centros de costos que mayor incidencia tienen en el comportamiento los costos hospitalarios. Para desarrollarlo se utilizan métodos teóricos y empíricos como el Histórico-Lógico, AnálisisSíntesis, la revisión de documentos, la observación directa no participante, conversatorio con especialistas, entre otros. Del análisis realizado se pudo comprobar, que no existe el 100% del cumplimiento en la entrega de los niveles de actividad de los servicios, lo que origina que la información no es verídica en su totalidad, y repercute desfavorablemente en el deterioro de los registros mostrados.
