Competencias básicas y específicas a desarrollar en el estudiante de Licenciatura en Economía

Abstract

La presente investigación surge debido a la necesidad responsables y capaces de aplicar nuevas técnicas que condicionen un manejo eficiente de los recursos económicos a tono con la transformación de la sociedad y modelo económico cubano sobre la base de los Los desafíos impuestos por la formación, nuevos retos, de cara al cual, deben estar preparados para enfrentar estos cambios. De aquí que el objetivo desempeños profesionales del estudiante de Licenciatura en Economía para la determinación de las competencias básicas y específicas a desarrollar en este profesional Para su elaboración se utilizaron a la consulta de bibliografía actualizada lo que posibilitó evidenciar valoraciones cualitativas y cuantitativas desde una perspectiva de desarrollo social y humano.

The present investigation arises due to the need to train competent, responsible professionals capable of applying new techniques that condition an efficient management of economic resources in line with the transformation of society and the changes of the Cuban economic model based on the values and the ethical principles of behavior. The challenges imposed by the Knowledge Economy demand the students in formation, newchallenges, facing which, they must be prepared to face these changes. Hence, the objectiveof the research is to diagnose the professional performance of the Bachelor of Economics student for the determination of the basic and specific competences to be developed in this professional. For its elaboration, theoretical, empirical and statistical together with the consultation of updated bibliography, which made it possible to demonstrate qualitative and quantitative evaluations from a social and human development perspective.
