Sistema de indicadores para el inventario del ciclo de vida de los vertederos de relleno sanitario
Abstract
La creación de vertederos de relleno sanitario es una de las soluciones más
utilizadas a nivel mundial para darle un destino final a los residuos. Sin embargo, el
cumplimiento de las especificaciones definidas para su funcionamiento, así como la
carencia de indicadores ambientales limitan el control de las condiciones de los
mismos y han dado lugar al deterioro de los medios naturales y socioeconómicos.
Por tal razón se desarrolla un sistema de indicadores para el inventario del ciclo de
vida de dichos vertederos de manera que permita identificar las deficiencias en las
etapas más importantes de su ciclo de vida. Se propone un total de tres fases para la
solución del problema de la investigación. El cumplimiento del objetivo fue posible
con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de la investigación científica de
naturaleza teórica y empírica The creation of sanitary landfill dumps is one of the solutions more used at world level
to give a final destination to the residuals. However, the execution of the defined
specifications for their operation, as well as the lack of environmental indicators, limits
the control of the conditions of the same ones and they have given place to the
deterioration of the natural and socioeconomic means. For such a reason a system of
indicators is developed for the inventory of the cycle of life of this sanitary landfills so
that it allows to identify the deficiencies in the most important stages in its cycle of life.
It intends a total of three phases for the solution of the problem of the investigation.
The execution of the objective was possible with the implementation of a system of
methods of the scientific investigation of theoretical and empiric nature
