La formación profesional del ingeniero civil desde la práctica laboral investigativa en el segundo año
Abstract
En la presente investigación se propone elaborar un procedimiento para contribuir al
mejoramiento de la formación profesional del ingeniero civil desde la práctica laboral
investigativa en el segundo año de la carrera Ingeniería Civil por del Plan de Estudio
E en la Universidad de Holguín. Se sugiere una propuesta de operaciones y acciones
que permita establecer de forma objetiva y estructurada los aspectos didáctico-
metodológicos para el diagnóstico, diseño, ejecución y evaluación del proceso de
formación profesional desde la Práctica Laboral Investigativa de Tecnología a través
del aprovechamiento de las potencialidades educativas que genera este proceso. La
solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento de los objetivos fue
posible con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de la investigación de
naturaleza teórica y empírica que permitieron constatar las insuficiencias en el
proceso de formación profesional y valorar la factibilidad del aporte de la
investigación a partir de la consulta a los especialistas In these research, it is proposed to elaborate a procedure to contribute to the
improvement of the professional training of the civil engineer from the investigative
labor practice in the second year of the Civil Engineering career by Study Plan E at
University of Holguín. A proposal of operations and actions is suggested that allows
establishing in an objective and structured way the didactic-methodological aspects
for the diagnosis, design, execution and evaluation of the professional training
process from the Investigative Labor Practice of Technology through the use of the
educational potentialities that generates this process. The solution of the research
problem and the fulfillment of the objectives were possible with the implementation of
a system of research methods of a theoretical and empirical nature that allowed to
verify the insufficiencies in the professional training process and to assess the
feasibility of the contribution of the research based on consultation with specialists
