Plan de Acción Sociocultural para Mitigar los Impactos Ambientales en la Planta de Asfalto “Sagua”

Abstract

Esta investigación en opción del Título de Licenciado en Estudios Socioculturales, tiene como objetivo la propuesta de la elaboración de un plan de acción sociocultural con el propósito de mitigar los impactos ambientales producidos por la planta de asfalto ¨Sagua¨ de la Empresa Constructora de Obras de Ingeniería No. 17. Para realizar la propuesta fue preciso previamente efectuar una búsqueda sobre los elementos teóricos metodológicos que caracterizan al campo y objeto de estudio. Donde se emplean métodos teóricos y empíricos incluyendo técnicas y herramientas para profundizar en el diagnóstico, e identificar los impactos ambientales, con el objetivo de evaluar la incidencia de estos en el entorno, la calidad de vida de los trabajadores y la comunidad circundante. Se plantea tomar acciones con enfoque sociocultural para potenciar la educación ambiental, dirigida a fomentar una cultura, orientada en la prevención y mitigación de los daños ambientales. En el cual se generen cambios, conduciendo a los trabajadores y vecinos de la comunidad aledaña a tomar conciencia y asumir una actitud responsable sobre la importancia de la preservación del medio ambiente para el porvenir de las generaciones futuras.

This investigation in option of Graduate's Title in Sociocultural Studies, has as objective the proposal of the elaboration of a plan of sociocultural action with the purpose of mitigating the environmental impacts taken place by the asphalt plant ¨Sagua¨ of the Company Manufacturer of Works of Engineering No. 17. To carry out the proposal it was necessary previously to make a search on the methodological theoretical elements that characterize to the field and study object. Where theoretical and empiric methods were used including technical and tools to deepen in the diagnosis, and to identify the environmental impacts, with the objective of evaluating the incidence of these in the environment, the quality of the workers' life and the surrounding community. We outline to take actions with sociocultural focus to foment the environmental education, directed to foment a culture, guided in the prevention and mitigation of the environmental damages. In which changes are generated, driving to the workers and neighbors of the neighboring community to take conscience and to assume a responsible attitude about the importance of the preservation of the environment for the future of the future generations.
