Plan de acciones para el fortalecimiento del valor identidad comunitaria en los residentes de Los Lirios

Abstract

La presente investigación parte de la determinación de un estudio de diagnóstico realizado a los residentes de Los Lirios, pertenecientes al Consejo Popular Alcides Pino Bermúdez del municipio Holguín, el cual reveló un conjunto de insuficiencias relacionadas con el valor identidad comunitaria. Como vía de solución al problema científico se señala: ¿Cómo contribuir al fortalecimiento del valor identidad comunitaria en los residentes de Los Lirios, perteneciente al Consejo Popular Alcides Pino Bermúdez del municipio Holguín? Como objetivo de la investigación se declara: Elaboración de un plan de acciones dirigido al fortalecimiento del valor identidad comunitaria en los residentes de Los Lirios, perteneciente al Consejo Popular Alcides Pino Bermúdez del municipio Holguín. La investigación aporta un plan de acciones dirigido a contribuir al fortalecimiento del valor identidad comunitaria en los residentes de Los Lirios, sustentado en los roles que desempeñan los actores sociales y los residentes durante el proceso de planificación, ejecución y evaluación. Se brindan además, indicadores cualitativos y su operacionalización para determinar el comportamiento mostrado por los residentes durante su misión. Los resultados de la investigación ofrecen una respuesta específica y aplicable en Los Lirios e incitan a los actores sociales en la búsqueda de variantes flexibles y de fácil implementación práctica para contribuir al fortalecimiento de los valores, con énfasis en el valor identidad comunitaria de los residentes a la altura de las exigencias actuales de la sociedad.

The present investigation begin with the determination of a diagnosis study carried out with the residents of Los Lirios, from Alcides Pino Bermúdez Popular Council of the Holguin municipality, which revealed a group of insufficiencies related with the community value. As the scientific problem of the investigation it was pointed out: How to contribute to the improvement of the community identity value in the residents of Los Lirios, from Alcides Pino Bermúdez Popular Council of the Holguin municipality ? As the objetive of the investigation it was declared: The Elaboration of a plan of actions in order to improve the community identity value in the residents residents of Los Lirios, from Alcides Pino Bermúdez Popular Council of the Holguin municipality. The research work has the purpose of providing a plan of action to better up the community identity value in the residents of Los Lirios, supported in the roles the social actors and the residents carry out of during the process of planning, execution and evaluation. It also includes some cualitative indicators and their corresponding operacionalization to determine the behaviour shown by the residents during their mission. The result of this investigation offers a specific an applicable answer in Los Lirios and it also incite the social actors in searching of flexible variants and with an easy practical implementation to contribute to the improvement of the value with emphasis in community identity value of the residents according to the current demands of the society.
