Plan de acciones socioculturales para la promoción de la literatura en el Consejo Popular # 3 Pedro Díaz Coello de Holguín

Abstract

El Trabajo Plan de acciones socioculturales para la promoción de la literatura en el Consejo Popular # 3 Pedro Díaz Coello de Holguín es un estudio acerca de la literatura escrita y publicada tanto dentro como fuera de la provincia Holguín por los autores locales y las maneras de dar a conocer esas obras y autores entre los pobladores. En esta investigación se realiza una síntesis de la historia de la literatura escrita en Holguín y se profundiza en diversos conceptos como son el de comunidad, cultura, promoción, promotor cultural, y promoción literaria comunitaria, se realiza una caracterización del Consejo Popular y se hace una propuesta de autores a promocionar en la comunidad. La contradicción fundamental que moviliza la indagación científica consiste en que pese a que el municipio Holguín se encuentra entre los tres centros que tienen mayor desarrollo literario en el país, no se desarrolla una promoción adecuada de obras y autores en los Consejos Populares, realidad que toma cuerpo en la comunidad del Consejo Popular # 3 Pedro Díaz Coello. Para dar solución al problema científico planteado se propone un Plan de acciones para la promoción de la literatura en el Consejo Popular # 3 Pedro Díaz Coello de Holguín, que se fundamenta en los principios del trabajo cultural comunitario en la comunidad, de modo que se toma en consideración el principio del desarrollo autógeno y se garantizan su ejecución y viabilidad.

Work “Plan of sociocultural actions for the promotion of the literature in the community # 3 Pedro Díaz Coello of Holguín” is an investigation about the literature written and published in Holguín province by the local authors, and the manners to promote those works and authors between the inhabitants. In this investigation it has been done a synthesis of the history of the literature written in Holguín and it is deepened in the diverse concepts as the community, culture, promotion and cultural promoter, and literary promotion in the community, it is carried out a characterization of the Community and a proposal of authors that is important to promote in this place. The fundamental contradiction that motivates this scientific inquiry consists in that although the municipality Holguín is among the three places that have bigger literary development in the country, it is not developed an appropriate promotion of works and authors in the communities, reality that is more evident in the community #3 Pedro Díaz Coello. To solve the scientific problem profiled in the investigation intends a Plan of Actions for the Promotion of the literature in the Community # 3 Pedro Díaz Coello of Holguín, plan that is based in the principles of the community cultural work in the community. This investigation considers the principle of the autogenous development and its execution and effectiveness is guaranteed.
