Acciones para contribuir a la cultura energética en adolescentes y jóvenes de la circunscripción 19 Bazán del municipio Sagua de Tánamo.

Abstract

El actual sistema energético mundial se caracteriza por el empleo de portadores concentrados, agotables, con alto contenido de carbono y radiactividad, con largas cadenas tecnológicas para la transformación de los recursos energéticos. La misión más inmediata es preparar a los adolescentes y jóvenes a favor de una cultura energética que le permita proteger a toda costa los recursos energéticos, que se utilicen de forma racional y se contribuya al desarrollo sostenible. Esta misión es mucho más urgente en las zonas residenciales donde los adolescentes y Jóvenes están faltos de una cultura energética para enfrentar los retos que hoy la sociedad requiere. Pronunciarse por el desarrollo de esta, necesita de la amplia búsqueda de alternativas que permitan la contribución a las grandes pretensiones que hoy se impone en esta sociedad. Además se convierte en una necesidad vital para el desarrollo de la sociedad actual, futura y al mismo tiempo se presenta como una de las exigencias sociales a las cuales se debe responder. La propuesta empleada para la contribución a este tipo de cultura contempla acciones creativas y novedosas que condicionan su puesta en práctica y de esta forma se va educando a los adolescentes y jóvenes con acciones centradas que despierten su interés, no sólo desde el punto de vista de la satisfacción de la creciente demanda social, sino además en lo que se refiere al impacto ambiental del sistema energético contemporáneo.

The present world-wide power system is characterized by the use of concentrated, exhaustible carriers, with high content of carbon and radioactivity, with long technological chains for the transformation of the power resources. The immediate mission is to prepare the adolescents and young people in favor of a power culture that allows him at all costs to protect the power resources, that are used of rational form and it is contributed to the sustainable development. This mission is much more urgent in the residential zones where the adolescents and Young people are faltos of a power culture to face the challenges that today the society requires. To pronounce itself by the development of this, needs the ample search of alternatives that allow the contribution to the great pretensions that today prevails in this society. In addition one becomes a vital necessity for the development of the present, future society and at the same time one appears like one of the social exigencies to which one is due to respond. The proposal used for the contribution to this type of culture contemplates creative actions and novel that condition its putting in practice and of this form is educated to the adolescents and young people with actions centered that wake up their interest, not only from the point of view of the satisfaction of the flood social demand, but in addition in which one talks about to environmental impact of contemporary power system.
