Estudio de la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos para la producción de frijol (Fhasealus Vulgaris )Variedad bat 304, en la UBPC Juan José Fornet Piña .

Abstract

El presente estudio fue realizado en la Finca de cultivos varios los chinos ubicada en la UBPC Juan José Fornet Piña localizada en la Viuda, municipio” Rafael Freyre”, provincia de Holguín. En los meses comprendidos de Septiembre-Diciembre 2011. El proceso de investigación consistió en el estudio de la gestión de los recursos humanos para incrementar los rendimientos agrícolas del fríjol en la variedad Bat –304, donde se analizó el balance carga –capacidad, el análisis y descripción de cargos u ocupaciones, la implementación de la evaluación del desempeño influyendo positivamente en la dirección, control y seguimiento de forma individual de los trabajadores, reflejando mayor eficiencia y calidad en las actividades orientadas y el sistema de estimulación. Para la fase de cultivo se utilizaron semillas certificadas de esta variedad garantizando así su pureza genética. El estudio concluyó con la cosecha y su posterior análisis de los rendimientos. Se pudo comprobar que existía un desbalance de carga existiendo más trabajadores que los requeridos por puesto de trabajo. For the farming phase some seeds were use, they were certified from this variety to guarantee its genetics purity. The study end with the grow and later the analysis of its yields.
