Evaluación de variedades de Oryza sativa (arroz), en la Unidad Básicade Producción Cooperativa (UBPC) “Rafael Moreno Serrano”

Abstract

El trabajo se realizó en áreas de la UBPC “Rafael Moreno Serrano’’, Consejo Popular Tacajó, Municipio Báguanos, Provincia Holguín. En el período agosto de 2011 a enero de 2012. El objetivo propuesto fue evaluar el comportamiento agronómico de variedades de Oryza sativa, (arroz),de bajos insumos, sometidas a las mismas condiciones de campo, para contribuir a diversificar cultivares y aumentar las áreas arroceras y sus rendimientos. Se emplearon tres variedades de ciclo corto y dos de ciclo medio. Se analizaron algunas variables fisiológicas, el rendimiento y sus componentes principales. Se establecieron 5 tratamientos y tres réplicas en parcelas de 6,75 m 2 en bloques al azar, se utilizó el método de siembra por trasplante en la variante vietnamita de pregerminaciónen un marco de plantación de 0.25 x 0.25 m en fanguillo. El campo se inundó 2 días antes de la siembra.La preparación del suelo se realizó con fuerza animal y las atenciones culturales manuales.Se aplicó fertilizante nitrogenado, en las tres etapas críticas del cultivo. El programa (SERFIT), no detectó la incidencia de elementos patógenos. Los datos se sometieron a un análisis de varianza de clasificación simple y cuando se detectaron diferencias significativas entre las medias se realizó la Prueba de Rangos Múltiples de Duncan con un nivel de confianza del 95 %. Se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: todos los cultivares manifestaron tolerancia a Pyricularia grísea y la variedad INCA LP-7 (4.1 t/ha), e IA Cuba-36 (3,7 t/ha), las que alcanzaron mayores rendimientos. The present work was carried out in areas of ¨Rafael Moreno Serrano¨ Cooperative Basic Unit of Production in Tacajó, Báguanos municipality in Holguín province, since August 2011 to January 2012. The objective proposed was to evaluate the agronomic development of less supplies rice varieties (Oryza sativa, L)subjected to the same land conditions, to contribute the varieties diversification and to widen the rice farming areas and their yields. Three varieties of short cycle were used and two of middle cycle. Some physiologic variables, the yield and their main components were analyzed. Five treatments with three replies were made in 6,75 m 2 parcels by blocks at random. The method used was the sow by transplantation in the Vietnamese pre-germination variant at a 0.25 x 0.25 m plantation framework on mud. The land was flooded 2 days previous to the sow. The soil preparation was made with animal working and the agricultural attentions were done by manual labor. Nitrogen fertilizer was applied during the three main stages. The program SERFITdid not detect pathogen elements incidence. Data were studied through an analysis of variance of simple classification and before significant average differences the Duncan’s Multiple Rank Test were applied at a 95 % of confidence.The following conclusions were stated: all the varieties manifested tolerance to gray Pyricularia and the varieties INCA LP-7(4.1 t/ha), and IA Cuba-36(3,7 t/ha), reached the highest yield.
