Plan de acción para favorecer el aprovechamiento del rendimiento potencial cañero (RPC), en el área de molinos, de la UEB Central Azucarero “Fernando de Dios Buñuel”

Abstract

El presente trabajo fue realizado en la UEB Central Azucarero “Fernando de Dios Buñuel”, ubicado en Tacajó, municipio Báguano, provincia Holguín. El objetivo de la investigación se enmarca en el conjunto de acciones para favorecer el comportamiento del aprovechamiento del Rendimiento Potencial Cañero en el área de molinos, con amplia información teórica que definen los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan su aprovechamiento, unido a una caracterización de la caña y del equipamiento técnico industrial que intervienen en la operación de las áreas basculador y molinos, recoge además las acciones a realizar dentro del proceso fabril para extraer el máximo del contenido de pol que contiene la caña, se hace referencia a los métodos empleado en la investigación y la valoración económica que refleja el comportamiento de este indicador en los años 2010 y 2011. The present work was carried out Central Azucarero in the UEB "Fernando of Buñuel God," located in [tacajó], Báguanos municipality, Holguín county.
