Diagnóstico al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la UEB de Aseguramiento y Comercialización de Insumos, perteneciente a la Empresa de Tabaco Holguín.

Abstract

La siguiente investigación muestra un procedimiento paraun diagnóstico aplicado al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la UEB: Aseguramiento y Comercialización de Insumos, perteneciente a la Empresa deTabaco Holguín, donde se toma en cuenta lo establecido en la norma cubana 18001:2005, la cual rige el funcionamiento y certificación de este sistema de gestiónde manera eficiente. El trabajo cuenta con el capítulo 1, donde se muestra todo lo relacionado en cuanto a la parte teórica de la investigación, y un capítulo 2 donde se muestra la aplicación del diagnóstico mediante el procedimiento escogido, dando por resultado que la entidad presenta varias no conformidades con la norma, por lo que su certificación será objeto de un proceso de inspección, auditoría o diagnóstico, hasta que se encuentre acorde con los requerimientos básicos de este sistema de gestión, basado en la NC 18001:2005. This investigation shows a procedure for a diagnosis applied to the system of Administration of the security and health in the work, in the UEB: Aseguramiento y Comercialización de Insumos, where one keeps in the municipality of you take a bath, county of Holguin, where one keeps in mind the Cuban norm NC 18001:2005, which governs the operation and certification of this system of administration in an efficient way. The work is compound for a chapter 1, where it is shown all the relating ones theoretical to the investigation, a chapter 2 where theprocedure is shown used for the diagnosis, giving for result that the organization has several non conformities with the norm, for what its certification will be objet of a process of inspection systems, auditor diagnostic, until it fulfills the basic requirements of this administration system, base don the NC 18001:2005.
